Very strong without being too heavy

Fine for comfort, weightweenies drive narrower anyway
Bought these tyres for my gravel racer instead of studded tyres (40mm) for summer. They go over the rim easily, just have to be careful about running direction. Internal rim width of 21 mm goes fine, despite negative recommendation. They bulge fine on asphalt, stable in corners. Experience in Ardennes and southern Limburg. Aren't the lightest option, but I didn't pick them for that either. For adventurers and enjoyers, these are fine tyres.

Good tyre that doesn't puncture, top!
You buy this tyre because you don't want to go flat. Because it takes care of that. It will undoubtedly have a lot more rolling resistance and therefore not be the fastest tyre. But it really is a good tyre. I myself have been riding it for over a year, 5000km, without a puncture. So that's why I bought it again to fit on my wife's bike.

Excellent quality with a good price.
Likes super well, fitted these tyres on tubeless rims, which was very easy.

very good
Perfect overall, except for the packaging, which was a little too large. The tyres were perfect, very good quality and I was very satisfied.

Good product
Working well so far.

Not for the winter racer
Feel seriously heavy, which is not bad for a tyre that should above all not go flat. After 1000km, no punctures/damage on tread yet. Cornering grip in wet(tig) conditions is really insufficient, even when commuting.

Good tyre that goes around the wheel easily.
Good tyre that goes around the wheel easily. Already cycled quite a bit with it now, also on some uneven terrain. No problems at all. Very happy that I opted for better quality, you get value for money.

best tyre for the rear wheel
Ideal tyre if you are not allowed to ride flat, e.g. commuter rides. I use it on the rear wheel, with a 4-Seasons on the front wheel for grip, ideal combination for me

Good product, can now move forward again!

Just safe and sound
Bought because I cycle a lot on paths with loose gravel and potholes and therefore risk punctures. For now, the tyres work fine. Ride perhaps a tad heavier than other better-rolling tyres, but the feeling of security is well worth it. Just cycling on without any worries

Low resistance and puncture resilience
Great tyre super comfy in this size on my gravel bike

Good tyre, also for fixies
Use this tyre on my fixed gear, so brake with the tyre and it works fine with this one. More grip in wet weather that the commonly used Thickslicks

Mantel? Brilliant; gatorskins - puncture 2nd time out so the jury is out.
Purchased 25mm gatorskins. Puncture (on the front!) on second time out due to tiny but sharp stone. To be honest it doesn't say much for the depth of tyre in cintact with the road, but I am aware of the reputation of these tyres so must give the benefit of the doubt. For now!

Great tyres at a great price
Super communication from Mantel and best prices around. These tyres are my go to tyre for reliability and speed. Wouldn’t put anything else on my winter bike.
