Highly recommended
Happy with this pannier bag. Easy to install and remove. The shoulder strap is also very handy. Had good advice in the shop. The man really knew his stuff.

Fine spacious pannier bag
Ordered the AGU Shelter Clean and hesitated for a while between 17 and 21 litres. Still opted for 21 litres because I always do my shopping by bike. This fits a lot in the bag. The bag is easy to attach to the bicycle (Click'nGo) and can also be worn on the shoulder with the shoulder strap. The bag is also made of recycled material. I think that's a plus in addition to the good price-quality ratio!

Good space pannier ideal for commuter use
Nice bag that also looks sporty. Holds a lot and is easy to attach to your bike without damaging it. You don't really notice the bag because you can attach it to your bike really well.

Great buy, efficient, sturdy, very practical.
Extremely quick and easy to attach, large volume, easy to maintain and, thanks to the shoulder strap, very easy to move around on foot.

Top bag!
Sometimes product photos are just a little prettier than the product itself, but that was not the case here. This pannier is beautiful, sturdy and easy to use. I hope to use it for years to come.

Fine bike bag for commuting
This pannier is great for commuting: waterproof, laptop protected, plenty of space and with a sleek look.

A spacious, truly waterproof pannier bag
I use this pannier on my speed pedelec for trips of 32km one way. With do speeds, it is important that se bag is well secured, so it does not fly off at the first bump. The click system works very well for this. Getting it on and off is a bit of a trick, but it gets easier by itself. I have already used it in various weather conditions, including continuous rain, and the contents really do stay completely dry. I am very satisfied.

Very user-friendly and strong
Nice travel with it, would like a slightly larger one for trekking so this one is good for commuting, very user-friendly and securely attached

Top product
Totally satisfied with this pannier bag! Top product! The medium model turned out to be just a bit too small, but was quickly exchanged for a large model (not too big either, but just right for some shopping, a laptop or a mackintosh). The material is beautifully supple yet sturdy enough (and waterproof, of course).

Good product, recommended.
The laptop hangs inside the bag in its protected space, on the inside of the bike. The bag is spacious. The attachment is simple but solid, doesn't fall off. I don't yet know how the bag holds up in the rain. I am especially happy that my 19-inch laptop fits inside it well. The brochure says it is suitable for 17 inch but that is not true.

Beautiful, spacious, solid bag.
Nice spacious bag that is easy to assemble and remove. Thanks to the flexible roll closure, even my backpack fits into it in its entirety so I can alternate cycling with a bit of walking/hiking. The padded laptop compartment would not have been necessary for me. Costs space and is not practical for cycling trips. Would have preferred a smaller compartment slightly higher up in the bag. Was hesitating between the Ortlieb Backroller and this Agu. Ortlieb has even slightly nicer suspension and more convenient inner pocket, but I found the mounting of the carrying strap of the AGU more convenient and the Ortlieb tapers at the bottom which seemed less efficient to me and prevents the Ortlieb from standing on its own.
