According to the product specialist

Pros
You can clip in to the pedal, allowing you to easily mount and dismount your bike.
The high-quality rubber used provides optimal grip onto the pedal.
The sole is pretty stiff, which improves the power transfer to the pedals.
The use of extra strong materials at the toe area makes the shoe fit for heavy use.
The shoe has great breathability, making it ideal for use in summer.
By keeping the amount of seams to a minimum, the chances of irritation are reduced to a minimum.
Easily and quickly closed using two velcro straps.
Cons
No lace protection.
The three velcro straps to adjust the fit are less precise than the Northwave's SLW2 dials with wire routing.
The shoe is very comfortable, which does make it less stiff.
