Brake fantastically and even better than ordinary aluminium rims, even in steep descents.
Aerodynamic wheelset with wide comfortable rims.
These wheels definitely win the beauty award for their shiny carbon rims and simplicity in decals.
Due to the rim height of 40mm, the Wind 40C wheels are very versatile; high enough for aerodynamic advantage, but low enough for use on windy roads.  
The sealed industrial bearings in these wheels run smoothly and at the same time are well sealed against water and dirt.
If you're looking for lighter weight, improved aerodynamics and good braking performance, this is the way to go.
The wheels are tubeless ready.
The grey hubs and minimal use of decals both look great on these wheels.
The cup-cone bearings by Shimano are highly reliable and easy to maintain.
Cons
The Exalith braking surface makes more noise when braking than a regular aluminium rim.
These wheels cannot be made tubeless.
The carbon braking surface makes this wheel less suitable for long mountain descents with the risk of a blowout or rim deformation.
The internal rim width is fairly narrow at 15 mm.
