According to the product specialist

Pros
This cassette is very light.
Mud is well drained in this cassette.
This cassette is very durable due to the use of a special coating.
With this cassette you have the right gear for every terrain.
This is the only 12-Speed cassette that can be fitted on an 'old style' HyperGlide body.
The 50-tooth rear sprocket gives you extra range for when climbing.
Cons
Your wheel must be suitable for placing an XD body.
This cassette is slightly heavier than the XTR version.
Due to the lack of the '10' as the smallest cog, you fall a bit short while on the flat.
