The Thule 9708 HangOn is a flexible, tiltable car bike rack that can carry up to 4 bikes. The carrier tilts back for full access to the car's trunk without having to take your bikes off the carrier. The rubber coated frame clamp keeps every bike firmly in place and protects its frame against scratches. The reflecting material on the end caps increases safety in the traffic. The straps for securing the bike(s) are included in the delivery. The HangOn is very flat when folded, and compact enough to keep in the car's boot or easily store elsewhere.
The HangOn cannot be used to transport bikes with a non-standard frame, e.g. low-entry (or women's) bikes, BMX bikes, and some mountain bikes.
