Poor, front set do not stay in place
I am an engineer by trade and spent around 3 hours fitting these to a road/ gravel bike. I have used SKS before without any problem, the rear set work without problems. The front set use Velcro to attach, the rear set use solid rubber straps. The Velcro Straps are not fit for purpose, within 30 minutes of use the front set was taken off. Caution fo not buy if you want front and back set. Save your money
Pros & Cons

Don't buy, save yourself misery.
Absolutely does not fit on road bike with disc brakes that can accommodate tires up to 35 mm (now 28). By force it can be fixed, but you don't want that. Even on the solid steel gravel bike it fits only with difficulty. Assembly is a lot of tinkering. The rear fender fits, but it doesn't fall nicely over the rear wheel. The front fender is wobbly with the Velcro straps and the front section doesn't fit. This won't stay on like this of course. Tire width there 38mm. A real bargain all in all. A shame for so much plastic junk.

Well designed for disc brakes only.
Didn’t realise they are only suitable, as far as I can tell, for bikes with disc brakes.

Almost good
I purchased these mudguards as my old raceblades from SKS did not fit well under the downtube. These are certainly much better and I also liked the front section to the front mudguard. But a few issues. The mudguards are held in place by telco strapes which when wet teen to allow the mudguards to move as the material stretches a bit. I have now cable tied mine and that makes for a much more secure fit. The stays to fir the mudguard into my disc brake bike where too long even after adjustment so I had to cut a cm odd off the end to get them to fit. Easy enough but i checked with other cycle bubbies with same guards and all had same issue. Easy enough to resolve but should you have to. Finally I have not fitted my rear mudguard as its ridiculously short and does not protect riders behind - my old race blade was longer. I know you can get an extension but surely they could just make them longer in the first place

Ideal for wet weather rides
These fenders do their job perfectly and are easy to install. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Does what it needs to do!
So far, it meets expectations. Some puzzling with putting it on, but if it sits, it sits. After a long ride through the woods, I was mud-free, unlike fellow cyclist who does not use mudguards. I have not yet dismantled the mudguards and put them back on again. Am curious to see if they stay in good condition even then.

Good mud flap does what it needs to do
Was easy to fit until a tensioning strap broke. I looked for an alternative and now it is back in place. It keeps everything dry above the level of the shoes. These still get dirty all the time.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Good mudguard but complicated to fit
The mudguard is good quality but very, very complicated to fit. What's more, the attachment systems are not identical between the front and rear mudguards, which is very surprising.

Do the Job.
Fairly easy to fit. During my first ride there was a lot of surface water. My back stayed clean and dry, but my feet got wet. My bottle and light stayed dry, showing that the front guard works OK,although a bigger mud-flap would have improved things further. Altogether pretty-good for clip-on guards.

Keeps my back dry.
Easy to fit but disk only. Performance wise the rear keeps my back clean and dry, along with my saddle bag etc. The front keeps spray off my bottles but is less effective at keeping it off my feet. Neither guard keeps massive amounts of water off the chain set. I like that they fit wide tyres, and that spray is kept off my back.
Pros & Cons

Easy to fit
Great mud guards, easy to fit and good clearance .
Pros & Cons

Doesn’t get much better for fat tyre bikes that don’t have frame mounts
Fitted to Cervelo Aspero with 35mm wide road tyres. Fairly straightforward to fit and give good clearance and coverage. Much more robust than others of this type. I tried the Crud Roadracer 3 first but that was useless. Only thing I would change for my bike would be to have a single piece front, as I have plenty of clearance through the fork, and do away with the Velcro front fittings & use the rubber straps like the rear. Oh, it could be longer at the back too, but that’s only an issue for the rider following!
Pros & Cons

Versatile mudguard
Very flexible and offers great protection against the wet and dirt. I had to modify the rear guard as the cross bar between seat stays was an issue but I got a work around with my hacksaw.

Excellent value for money!
Very good value for money, can’t beat the price! Very easy to fit, 20 mins and both fenders were on and ready to ride. There is some slight movement as they are fixed with straps rather than bolted, but generally stay put and easily adjusted if necessary. Would definitely recommend! Used for country road cycling, fitted to Specialized diverge e5 2021.

Good product easy to fit
Good mudguard, easy to fit and protects well

Great mudguards - easy to put on and off, no tools
These are a really good set of mudguards, snug fit, no rattle and easy to put on and off. The only reason for an 8 instead of a 10 is the use of velcro straps for the front mudguard - the rubber straps on the rear are so much better.

Very good mudguards
Very good and aesthetically pleasing mudguards. They could have been easier to install, but they will stay on until the spring, so it's not that bad.
4 / 5
Works well, easily removable, good materiel.
I used this on my Gravel bike when I'm commuting. The guards require you to cut the metal supports to length with snips, and an Allen key to tighten the precise height you want above your tire. They work well enough for blocking the water, though they don't go the full length of the rear tire, so the seat tube still gets dirt and water onto it, if that bothers you. At least your rear end and back are clean and dry.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good value for money
Takes a minute or so to fit and remove the front two piece mudguard, the rear uses rubber straps so it can be taken on and off in a matter of seconds. If you’re leaving these on then they are rock solid once in place and offer good coverage (I’m running 38mm tyres)

best mudguard for gravel, road and cyclo-cross bikes
The SKS SPEEDROCKER SET is the perfect solution if you don't have bolts on your bike but still want good protection from mud and rain (e. g. bike packing, commuting). I have 45mm tires, but 650B wheels, so it still fits, but the width does not cover the whole tire. Still the best product I could find online. It is also quite pricy, especially compared to other products from SKS.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Reasonably satisfied
Have had this set mounted on my commuter bike for several weeks now. Protects well but you have to secure the front fender well otherwise it slowly sinks down. (Rubber bands) Now with velcro it stays in place better. Different way of mounting.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Easy to attach and remove
Easy to attach mudguards and quick to install and remove.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good quality with complex assembly.
The assembly was a bit complicated but in the end the mudguards hold very well. The assembly principle allows a lot of tyre clearance. Due to the effort involved, they are more suitable as permanent mudguards.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Fine mudguard set
Excellent mudguards that can also handle thicker tyres. Sturdy mounting points with frame protectors and elastic attachment material. The fastening material at the front is Velcro, which does not work as well and you have to put it on a bit more often.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Efficient
Well thought-out product for gravel. Easy to fit after initial installation and adjustments. Tested in mud, very effective and easier to clean the bike. Tend to slip when used off-road.

Perfect wings to get through the winter season
Ordered this mudguard set to be able to cycle outside in winter too. I currently ride with 32mm tyres, but there is plenty of room to fit a lot wider tyres. The instructions in the box are poor. Fortunately, SKS has a video on their YouTube channel that does explain very clearly how to install the mudguards. After this video, the installation went very easily. Also nice that transparent stickers are included to protect the frame from scratches. Furthermore, these stickers clearly indicate where to put everything back on during the next installation. This makes mounting and dismounting very easy after the first time. Best of all, the mudguards do not rattle once properly installed, even on bad roads and cobblestones.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Top product
It takes a bit of time (30min) and dexterity to assemble the mudguards. Be sure to use the manual. Once fitted, they protect against splashing water and mud just fine. It is slightly less aesthetic, but that's just the way it is with mudguards.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Great results possible
I have a bike with cantis and had to do a lot of tinkering and handiwork - i.e. changes. It's worth it for me, because the desired tyre-protection distance is noticeably better than before!
Pros & Cons

Sound and solid on all terrains
Mounted these mudguards on my gravel bike for the coming seasons. (Winter and autumn) I use the bike for commuting where I alternate asphalt and dirt roads. The mudguards stay perfectly in place in provide sufficient protection. I chose the mudguards over the bluemells to be able to remove them quickly if necessary! The front mudguards can normally only be fitted with a Velcro strap, but I added an extra quick-release fastener just to be sure!

Sturdy mudguard set for gravel frames
For my gravel bike/commuter, I was looking for a set of mudguards that were quick to mount (without the hassle of screws) and also fit over wide tyres (40mm). There are lugs on my gravel bike to attach mudguards to, but I find this solution from SKS a bit more practical in terms of installation. It looks less tidy, of course, but they are on quickly and off even quicker. Only the first time, you have to cut the metal holders to fit your frame - be careful not to cut them too short. On a cobblestone ride, this SKS Speedrocker stayed in place better than the standard set on the provided lugs on my colleague with the same frame! At the front, the tyre does need to be tightened well, otherwise it does slide down, which causes it to start rubbing against the tyre. At the back it stays firmly in place, no shaking or vibrating either. On a carbon frame it does scratch a bit, but not too badly: you can easily prevent this with insulating tape. What you do have to be careful with is the (extendable) rear flap. After a winter of bike commuting, this has sanded a considerable chunk out of the topcoat of the seattube. Probably due to dirt between the mudguard and frame... Here I ended up putting a rubber spacer in between myself, but this was best supplied with the Speedrocker anyway. Other than that, the Speedrocker does its job. Feet/shoes are a bit better protected, your back doesn't get too wet, and the bike definitely stays a bit cleaner (or less dirty) at the top. Compared to alternative mudguards, the Speedrocker set is a bit on the more expensive side, though. But you do get solid SKS quality in return.
Pros & Cons

once mounted: works fine
-Fixing it the first time was a bit of a puzzle, especially the exact places of fixing and sticking the protective film. -Protects well against splashing rainwater, also at the front. -Comment that mudguards are not suitable for suspension forks: nonsense. Simply attach to fork legs and there is nothing wrong.
Pros & Cons

Does what it needs to do
Rear stays dry well , front I find slightly less because the wing is 2 piece .
Pros & Cons

Pros & Cons

Stays in place
I had mudguards on my previous bike that fell on the tyre at every threshold. These stick well and are easy to (dis)assemble on your bike.
Pros & Cons

Clean at work :)
The mudguards do a very good job, even in heavy rain. They were a bit difficult to assemble though, so not recommended if you want to take them off and put them back on easily.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good wings but mediocre description
Stay reasonably clean with the wet road surface
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good wings that you can mount without screw fixings
Matches expectations, still spent more time putting it on than expected. Once seated very good!
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Pretty happy with it
When assembling it, I still questioned the strength of the Velcro. Fortunately, those rods are long enough and I took off the attachment for the Velcro. Then you just get a round that you can screw perfectly to the frame or fork. This way, it forms a sturdy whole. Already rode through the rain several times and they do their job just fine
Pros & Cons

Useful mudguards in wet weather and dirty roads
The mudguards could be fitted quite smoothly. In use, I did notice that between the 2 parts of the front mudguard, water and dirt still splashed up. Not that much but still... In any case, it is much better than without mudguards.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good and beautiful product.
On my Berria allroad gravel bike, the front mudguard does not quite close around the fork nicely due to the angular shapes of the fork. Despite this, it does stay in place well
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Essential for winter cycling
The instructions are not very clear, particularly the diagrams for the rubber inserts, but if you take the time to study them everything makes sense. You muust make sure that the velcro straps for the front mudguard are well tightened otherwise they will slide down after a few bumps on the road. If the rubber block inserts were made of a softer rubber they would grip better - the hard rubber tends to slip on the bike's fork. The rear mudguards are held on by rubber straps and are quite effective but spare ones should be included as they will eventually stretch and break, as rubber does. The mudguards work very well in the wet, only a small bit of mud staining below the bottom bracket, and no dreaded 'Skunk stripe' up my back.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good product at a fair price
Fitting takes a little time the first time, as the distances first have to be set correctly. The paint protection film, which can be applied before fitting, is an advantage. You should make sure that the Velcro is really tight, as otherwise the mudguard can easily slip out of place in the event of vibrations.

A must for your winter rides
These mudguards do almost the impossible: look good on a racing or gravel bike! Installation went smoothly due to the clear instructions and the mounting straps stay in place. Even on singletrack, the mudguards stayed nicely in place. One note: the included frame protectors could have been slightly larger.

Fitted to new bike with 28mm tyres and does a great job. Takes a little time to fit and secure but really pleased so far. Used for 2 weeks and with only minor adjustments running well.

Fantastic , easy to assemble mudguards!
The product was sent out very quickly and arrived in no time! The mudguards are a great universal alternative to screwed mudguards, super easy to assemble the only niggle would be that the front are attached with velcro but they've handled the rain perfect so far!

Excellent coverage from spray
These mudguards were relatively easy to fit and provide excellent protection on my gravel bike against spray. I've been able to commute along a wet muddy track to work without needing to get changed when I arrive.

Ideal mudguards for big tyres
Superb quality, clever and secure fixings. Installed in minutes, can swap from bike to bike easily. Full coverage, right down to BB on rear, clever front piece stops flinging in the face. Using successfully on 650b x 2.1" with no bad sprays.

Great set-up
Really good and solid mudguards, fit easily with no messing about. Centre up perfectly and do t move about even when hitting the gravel which can create high buzz and vibration. You wont be disappointed with these guards in any way. The rear is a little short but isn't an issue for you just the person behind which sometimes can be frustrating for them

Excellent choice
Mudguards arrived well packaged. Very easy to fit with the minimum of tools. No rattling or movement on first few rides. Excellent choice if clearance is an issue or indeed you want the flexibility of the removing/fitting within minutes
Pros & Cons

Almost perfect
Very easy to fit and give excellent coverage. Would be 10 out of 10 but for one minor gripe: the front fork fastening is not wide enough to get a secure grip on a wide, carbon blade fork. As a result, the front mudguard can slip if you hit a big bump. Luckily it's a simple enough job just to slide them back to their original place.
Pros & Cons

Excellent for CX bikes
Fitted these to my Gravel / CX bike which I use as my main winter bike. Rear is excellent 10/10, front very good, but can move a tiny bit, still very good though 9.5/10. Well done SKS, must be the best out there

Sks speedrocker mudguards. Gravel specific fenders a true game changer , expected them to be a promo gimmick, however i was presently surprised at how rock solid the fittings were, and secondly the coverage was pretty amazing ,keeping most, if not all your bodily parts free from terrain /trail crud. highly recommended

Fantastic no more mud and wife happy as well :)
Never been a mudguard lover they just look wrong but as I've done longer rides the need for a dry back and rear is almost as important as not upsetting the wife with bottoms and top covered in mud so please to say these have provided a solution to both plus 10 pound cheaper than most other places at Mantel. Delivery was also free and very quick. Very please customer

Perfect For My Needs
I bought the SKS SpeedRockers for my Cannondale Topstone 105 Carbon Gravel Bike and they fitted it perfectly, the mudguards are super easy to fit and super easy to remove when not needed, being made in Germany by SKS you know you are getting excellent quality mudguards and at a very competitive price by Mantel, from purchase to delivery was hassle free and I’d be more than happy to purchase from Mantel again in the future.

Excellent set of mudguards
I bought 2 sets of these mudguards off the back of reviews, I needed them to be rigid with good clearance for my gravel bikes running 38mm tyres. They were easy to set up and fix on the bike and I like the protective rubber grip band on the Velcro straps. The rear could really do with being longer for anyone following but otherwise they have stayed in place and saved me from some serious mud baths!

Great product
Great product, very easy to install, no rattle ven on the roughest trails they perform well. I actually run 45c rear tyre on my giant revolt and they still fit well and do their job . They on the short side so if you looking to protect your buddies behind you from the spray than maybe not the best option. But if you looking to save your ass and protect the bike than this is the one

Don't sit on the fence like I did, just get them!
Fantastic. I have always been put off by mudguards due to the hassle of fitting/removing them. Wish I had purchased these sooner. These are perfect on my gravel bike and take a minute to instal/remove (once initially set up). Coverage is great and keeps 95% of the crud off myself and the bike. Price is brilliant and the quality is top-notch.
Pros & Cons

good product
Only placed at the rear, this mudguard serves its purpose well, it covers the tire well, with the possibility of adjusting its length on the frame side, so if it rains I think I'm well protected. Maybe I'll put the front one on, but I'll need to divert the brake cable. Nothing special, but there's a clip right where it's supposed to go, and since I don't ride too much in the rain, I prefer not to weigh it down too much, even if the whole thing is light.

Very good product
Very satisfied with my purchase. I had already bought a set of mudguards from the same SKS brand, but they were too small for gravel tires over 35. This model fits 40C tires without a problem.

A must have for anyone who wants to keep cycling in the autumn!
I bought these mudguards because I live in a flat and don't have the luxury of washing my bike in a garden. I do this on a balcony. By using the mudguards, my bike gets much less dirty so that a little polishing is enough to get everything back in good condition for the next ride. If you are going to mount the mudguards on your bike for the first time, you will find that this can take quite some time. For me, this took about an hour. Really take plenty of time for this as well because when the mudguards sit perfectly on the frame for you, mark these places with the transparent tape provided and it will be less than 5 minutes' work in the future! During use, you will notice that your chain and cassette get a lot less dirty from the splashing water. Your clothes and shoes are also spared a lot of dirt and water, making you a lot more comfortable going over a wet road surface. Will your bike stay completely clean? No, definitely not that either but it's a world of difference from if you didn't use it. The downside is that, when cycling in a group, you get and take more headshots. On the one hand because everyone stays nice and dry in your wheel and on the other, if your cycling friends don't have a mudguard, you still get dirty from their splatters! All in all, a purchase I can recommend to anyone.

Mudguards are excellent for commuting on your racing or fitness bike and if you consider the look of the bike less important. You and your bike with all its parts are much less likely to get dirty. Fastening with velcro is easy but less attractive.

Fits any gravel bike
I was very enthusiastic about the Speedrocker. According to the description, they are suitable for 28 inch wheels up to a maximum width of 42 mm. I mounted them over my 650 b wheels with a width of 47 mm with a really minimal tyre overhang. They fulfil their purpose perfectly and also look pretty good. Fitting them is comparatively easy. The best thing ... they are quickly removed again. When the weather is good, they can be taken off and put back on when the weather is bad. Even frame protection stickers are included, but they could be a bit more generous.
