Nice pedals for the Race
Ride all SPD for years and sold my old pedals and now these on the race bike, totally fine

Very good service!
Very fast delivery, on other sites item was not available or only available after a long time. On Mantel it was at a discount itself and was delivered to my home the very next day.

Mtb and race plate pedal in one
To run Flat with shoes I opted for a Spd plate and then this pedal is ideal

Nice lightweight compact peddle
The peddle is lightweight, compact and strong. On the downside it marks up quickly and "sits" with the reverse side up so you have to flick it over.

Fine pedals
Very fine pedal. Good to use with mountain bike shoes, but more grip due to larger pedal.

Engaging never goes right away.
SPD-SL always hang properly to click in due to weight distribution. These don't. they always hang upside down immediately due to their own weight so you can never immediately click in. Next time I'll just cook 2-sided spd pedals again

not a safe choice
Nice item, well finished, light and once you click in the pedal works well but the real problem is finding the right side. It always points the wrong side up making it unsafe cycling for quite a while while searching. i will not use it. .The spd with double side works very well.

Beautiful and comfortable but really not practical
Ridden it for three years but couldn't get used to it. Now bought double-sided SPDs again. Should have done so much earlier.

Fine pedals, neat price
Pedal looks nice and the spd system gets rid of quickly wearing Look Keo cleats for your road or gravel bike.

Good value for money
Nice, well finished pedals, but difficult to clip on, The pedal doesn't reset properly to engage the shoe. Maybe it'll work better as the cleats wear down.

Getting used to it
Takes a while to get into a good starting position. Feels like good support under foot. Was a bit less so with previous ones.

It is a practical good SPD solution for a race or gravel bike

Excellent on road and Gravel bikes
I am using them on a road bike and they are a good alternative to the classic SPDs, especially because they allow me to use the same shoes as MTB, so much more comfortable for walking

Also good on racing bikes
Taken for racing bike with Gravel shoes. excellent in all conditions.

the top pedal for cyclotourime use!
excellent quality pedals, well finished and easy to use,top of the range for cycle touring, they're light and allow you to use mountain bike shoes thanks to the SPD.

Fine pedals I should have bought earlier....
Happy with purchase, cycled with double pedals for a long time (1 side spd 1 side pedal) but I should have bought this a few years earlier. Bikes top notch and look good too

Everything I wanted.
Lightweight, beautiful and I have ridden very comfortable with them. I have only tried them one day, but I have been very satisfied.

Light, solid, takes some getting used to clicking in.
Meanwhile, I have been riding similar pedals from shimano for more than 20 years. So I don't expect any problems with this set either. The PD-ES600 is lighter than other models. But is, because the buckle does not always point upwards, a bit more difficult to get into. But I can live with that. I use the pedals on race/gravel bikes. So not really through the blubber, but all year round. So far, similar shimano pedals have caused few problems even with snow. Given the similar and open construction, I don't expect that with this set either. I haven't had this exact model for very long, but its predecessors lasted well over 20,000 kilometres, so durability will not be an issue. With this kind of spd pedals, the lacquer is actually always damaged, especially because you sometimes try to step in on the wrong side. Whereby you damage the lacquered part of the pedal with your cleats.

Very fast delivery
Hello, Very fast delivery. I've been riding with SPD pedals and integrated cleats for almost 20 years now: safe, easy, fast, light... I'm not changing.

Very effective.
After more than a week of use, the pedals lock in easily and unhook very well. I use them for the road, with SPD shoes, much more comfortable ...

Great pedal in winter
In winter, I use winter boots from Northswave during MTBing. Warm and waterproof. Been using these pedals for 2 years in winter on my road bike so I can use my warm MTB shoes on the road bike too. Works fine, never bother my feet due to sufficient surface area pedal.

Top purchase!
Use these pedals on the recommendation of a colleague, like them a lot. Initially you have to get used to clicking them in, but then they are really nice!

Very lightweight and efficient but grey paint scratches off almost immediately
I am impressed with the light weight of these pedals and their roadbike-friendliness. However I had hoped that they would naturally rotate to the right orientation and there seems to be absolutely no point in the grey paint as it scratches off almost immediately with normal use.

Great option for SPD pedals
The weight of these is great for an SPD. So light even compared to the SL’s more expensive options. Would highly recommend these SPD pedals for people that prefer not walking like a penguin when they get off their bikes

Good price-performance ratio
Fast and uncomplicated delivery! Pedal is light and allows the use of the SPD system also on road bikes. Unfortunately, it is not well balanced - rotates after clicking out, so that the click mechanism is vertical / is often down. The lacquer is quite sensitive Otherwise super product :)

Lightweight but fragile paintwork.
Good pedals with great style. They're light for this type of pedal and have an excellent fulcrum. Big downside: the paint is very fragile. About 300km on them and the hinge is already gone in some places.

Nice compact pedal for gravel bikes
Easy to click in and pressure distribution also better than with an MTB pedal

good product not too expensive
Takes some getting used to but then works well
