Poor drawing - is it going to eat my chain?
No installation problems, except for a not very precise offset (I had to add a washer to the chain guide on my Scott so it wouldn't rub). More seriously, a lot of noise when pedalling with a new 12v X01 chain (well lubricated with 'rock n Roll' before fitting), with a sensation of resistance when pedalling. There's a problem with the machining or design of the longitudinal profile of the teeth. I'll try another rando, but if it doesn't improve, it'll be taken off the bike.

Should have bought it much earlier!
I ride it on a Trek Stache. This is a 29+ bike that naturally takes more effort to ride it nicely at pace (due to the large tyres). Went from a standard 30 blade to an Oval 34. What a huge difference. Indeed, it feels a bit strange for the first 2km, seems like it's pedalling on. But once you get going, it pedals much nicer. I notice the most difference when going up a hill/mountain. There is no longer a dead moment where you always have to pedal over. Now it's a constant flowing motion. It is also easier to ride at a higher pace. This is also because the blade has become bigger. Long hesitated to do it, that doubt was unnecessary. Super blade!!! Will definitely be on my other bike too :-)

Takes some getting used to but then very nice
Fitted the rotor Q-ring 36t which was simple. The first few rides you feel it well on your muscles that it rotates slightly differently from a round blade. I feel it now cycles more finely.

Excellent quality and price. Good alternative to sram.
I recommend this oval chainring, which fits perfectly with my sram xx1 11v drivetrain. Very good price

Makes you pedal differently ( feels different ) that takes some getting used to. But otherwise super.

Real Spanish top Engineering!!!
The chainring comes in a nice packaging. Finish of the chainring is top notch, it is nicely anodised black with the logos in white. For me, it is a huge improvement over my standard 32t round chainring. On flat stretches there is a big increase in speed, I can also pedal more easily and at a constant pace. I don't have much experience with climbs yet, but I will find that out when I ride MTB Groesbeek today. But on my previous hardtail I had a Garbaruk oval and I did notice an improvement with climbs (UHR), so it will be the same with the Rotor. Thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and highly recommended!

Small plus
Rounder pedalling despite the oval shape. Increases leg rotation speed. Allows you to put in a few extra watts, but when there are none left...
