Top for cycling outdoors in winter

Fine jacket for cycling outside in winter. Between 0 and 5 degrees it was really more than warm enough with a long shirt underneath. Only the advised size (what you have most in your closet) was not right for me. I have mostly M in my closet, but really needed an L jacket.
