The first one I used immediately made my hands sticky. With the 2nd one, I was a bit annoyed by the tab you have loose in your hand after opening it.

Use these gels during hard intensive training and they do the job perfectly to give a solid boost. They taste really good, by the way! Unlike many, many other gels on the market, these are not hard on the stomach (something I've always had problems with from other manufacturers). My highest recommendation!

Easy to open and eat. Have had leaking packs in the past so handle the gels a bit carefully.

Diluted the Mantel Energy Gel with water and administered into my PEG stomach tube. Very well tolerated. 40 grams is a little little.

Eatable but nothing more. A very sweat tasting gel. The orange taste like orange marmalade and the cola version like the "Igloo cola ice cream" If You like the SIS energy gel then You will be disappointed with these ones. Also quite pricy compared to SIS.

These might be the cheapest gels you can find for the content you get back. Super satisfied, will always buy myself these tasty gels from now on!

Tastes like that leftover melted ice cream in your calippo carton. But it works and is easy to get rid of.

The Mantel gel is really top notch. It is easy to open and the orange and cola flavors are very fresh and pleasant. The size is also just right in relation to the energy the gel contains. Highly recommended!
