Bell does not work properly

The bell does fine in the storage room but on the road it barely emits any sound. So far three rides in damp and cold weather. This is probably the cause of the bell not working properly.

Does not stay well on the handlebars. Sinks through uneven roads.

It is a plastic holder that does not stay well on the handlebars. On a ride with some bricks, it keeps sinking down. This also damaged my handlebars. I might try version that attaches to the stem. I don't use this one after about 4 months....
