Don't buy Elite.
This turbo trainer rattled immediately after purchase. After 3 test drives, I hoped the noise might go away. It didn't. Upon returning it to the store, it turns out they can't immediately exchange it because it has to be sent for "warranty check" first. Absolutely do not buy this one. Other brands probably have better terms.

Early Days
Not had long enough to make a honest opion of the Suto trainer.

Good budget trainer with some shortcomings
Nice and solid device, plug in, turn on Zwift (on iPad), pair up and ride! On normal rides it usually works fine, but in ERG mode the device has a lot of trouble finding and maintaining the indicated power. It also sometimes takes a lot of effort to get it going from standstill. In addition, support from the manufacturer and associated website is really substandard. The site is unclear and difficult to use on smartphones and it has taken several weeks to respond to questions. Service and advice from Mantel was good, although there was a mistake on the site that almost made me order the wrong body for Campagnolo. Unfortunately, the correct Campagnolo body was not available from Mantel and had to be ordered from Elite (for a lot of money!). All in all, an adequate for what I do with it, but definitely room for improvement. Both hardware, software and service.

A big improvement from my old trainer
This was an impulse purchase which I’m glad I made. It’s a huge jump up from previous TACX trainer. I’d highly recommend it

Good Smart Trainer
Bought this Elite Smart trainer on impulse as an upgrade to my Elite Muir which although very good did not have the resistance. Setting up was a bit of an issue for me as my bike had a 10 spd cassette. So remove the supplied 11spd and replace with the 10. Firstly I found the cassette freewheel nut had disappeared, later to be found in the removal tool as the nut was loose. Then the derailleur needed to be adjusted as the 10 spd cassette did not sit properly even with the supplied cassette washers. Eventually I gave up and re-installed the 11 spd cassette and used my other bike which luckily happens to be 11spd. After that the experience has been good, the resistance, (the original reason why I bought the Suito,) is very good and you can really feel those climbs! Apart from the set up, once you get everything working it's a good smart trainer especially for the price.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Reasonable Smart Trainer for the price.
You can go wrong with the price. The trainer was easy to set up but you have to be careful when changing cassettes as the cassette freehub nut can be loose. Done quite a few sessions and the trainer does get noisy. The reason I bought this was an upgrade to my Elite muin that did not have the resistance, it's not so much as an upgrade though, if the muin had resistance I would still use the muin, as it seems tougher and less noisy, but the muin is not portable.. That saying the Suito is a reasonable bit of kit and so far these are minor complaints. If your looking for a portable smart trainer, this is a reasonable buy.

Just watt I wanted
Perfect for what I wanted. A very solid piece of kit although prone to more than the odd squeak! Easy to set up and use, links to Zwift quickly every time. A little in the pricey side but I have nothing to reference this against.

Does the job
A useful smart indoor trainer which is better than my existing wheel driven turbo trainer.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Reasonable priced smart trainer
This is a reasonable priced smart trainer, easily set up and can be operational within minutes of taking out of box. Combined with any of the popular cycling apps at present it works and set sup quickly. Operates quietly. The only downside is that I find it not the most stable of smart trainers, there is some flex when cycling particularly when increasing the tempo or power. Overall its an excellent product.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good for its money
Less stable than my old tacx booster rollers. Quieter and more compact though. The resistance and feel of cycling are better. If you don't use anything from Zwift and the like, Elite's basic app is poor.

Overall a good product for beginners
Received quickly. Lowest price on the market. ERG mode responsiveness could be improved. Easy to assemble. ant+ connection quality not always top-notch.

Does more or his thing.
Long hesitated with a Wahoo but the deciding factor was the convenient storage of the device. It's quiet. I cycle while the kids are sleeping. They are not bothered by it. No cons for now, except for the much sweat I have already lost. But you have that on all indoor trainers.
Pros & Cons

Satisfied and easy to understand
I have the Elite Suito T now 2 weeks and use RGT and Zwift and I have so far nothing to criticize. It runs quietly except of course at extremely high speed which is completely normal. What I do not find already that is advertised with free zwift software, which is not the case. Also that the Elite App requires a subscription for many things I find rather inappropriate because you just bought an original Elite trainer. I myself have put me still for precautionary insulation mats.
Pros & Cons

Quiet, high-quality trainer, quick to learn
Overall, a good, well-finished product. Easy to move with the handle and retractable feet once assembled. Not so easy to install the first time. You need a lockring tool and a hex wrench to fit the cassette, the rest can be done by hand. Of course, you'll need a cassette compatible with your bike. Installing the chain and securing the bike is difficult to do on your own, but once everything's fixed in place, it's very sturdy! Very quiet trainer (regular noise much lower than a modern dishwasher). Bluetooth connection to a 2016 laptop and a newer one was instantaneous. Élite provides coupons for free trials on 5 platforms (Zwift, RGT, Rouvy, Bloom Kinomap). Unfortunate detail: you need the serial number of your device, which is located under your feet, i.e. facing the ground. So take note before installing the bike! The MyElite application (which I'm no longer sure offers premium access) is still pretty poor. It's the first trainer I've used, so I can't really comment on the realism of rolling and transitions. I've been using RGT Cycling so far and it's great fun to let off steam. Real-time Watts tracking seems a bit noisy (rather abrupt transitions for relatively constant effort) but I have no point of comparison and I don't have the pedal-stroke regularity of a professional.

For this price a top smarttrainer.
After a month in possession and 300km later here is my review; The smarttrainer was delivered 1 day after ordering (top!), so I unpacked it and tested it. There is no standard cassette included so you have to buy that yourself along with a chain whip and cassette remover (will cost you about 50eur if you don't go for shimano or sram). There are spacers included if you ride with a 10 speed or less. Standard 11 speed fits on this. The trainer itself has ant+ and bluetooth and pairs easily with training apps. I usually use my garmin bike computer. If you register the trainer online you get codes for zwift and the like. You can also use the elite app (myetraining) for 1 year for free and with this you can do workouts or just increase and decrease the resistance (-15% to 15%). Personally I don't think the app is super but it does what it should. The trainer is fairly quiet and quite heavy (makes it nice and stable though), although a mat is recommended for the vibrations. All in all happy with the purchase and the price on mantle is the best I could find online!

Pros & Cons

Very fun and good quality product
You really get the feel of the road in terms of effort. It was difficult to get started with the Elite site, and even more so with Swift, as there are no longer any cards available for a 1-month free trial.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Compact, simple, robust
Purchased after trying the Shift 2 months: compared to the latter, the Suito is much more compact, manageable, and externally pleasing! Perhaps the pedaling is "less rounded" as some purists claim, but the advantage of having active resistance (simulating climbs) is really valuable. On "bumpy" trails with lots of ups and downs, you will feel like you are pedaling "live," forced to use the gearbox as in reality! Moreover, while it requires a power outlet to operate (inconvenient for some locations), it has on the other hand the advantage that the internal ANT+ and Bluetooth sensors work all the time, without having to change a battery every few hours of operation. The packaging is also significantly smaller than the Shift (about 1/3, being also very thin, about 15 cm). This is not insignificant considering that such a product spends about 8 months packed, being used only in the winter "bad season"!

Stable product. Easy and stable pairing via Bluetooth and ant+. Solid, good quality product (to be tested over time). Easy to store, takes up no space.

The value-wise trainer of the year
The Elite main focus is to develop products with a good price and value, and It's quite noticeable that’s precisely what they’ve done with the Suito.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Excellent smart trainer at great price point.
My first experience with a smart trainer and it could not have been easier as the Suito is a genuine plug and play unit. Having power, cadence and speed all via the Suito is great and no extra sensors required only Heart Rate. So far this trainer plays very well with Zwift and Rouvy. Very satisfied with this purchase and Mantel were efficient as always.

Great buy, best price I found online.
It’s so ideal to have this at home and it’s so small and discrete. Easily put away. It’s perfect, and syncs with zwift within seconds. It’s such a good buy for the price compared to other units, and it’s very well stored!

Was able to set the machine up quickly straight out of the box. I started the free months Zwift trial straight away using the card enclosed inside the box. For me it has been well worth the purchase cost, as it has made my indoor training sessions so much more enjoyable.

First smart trainer - love it
I read a fair few reviews before opting for the Suito and Mantel were the most competitive price I could find. Great communication and prompt delivery. The trainer itself is very straightforward to set up. My bike has a through axel and everything I needed was in the box. It does everything that I expected. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Loving Zwift. The winter doesn't look quite so long now.

Simple to use, worked straight away after new cassette fit
Lovely simple set up- seamless to Zwift. Smooth and quiet. Adding new cassette easy too, as long as you buy the extra kit. Check your bikes cassette and get similar but if you are lucky you already have 11 speed which is fitted from the box. Good kit.

Great turbo trainer
After reading the reviews for the elite Suito turbo trainer I decided to purchase one. When it arrived which was really quick I set it up which was quite easy and gave it a try out that evening. I have had it nearly 2 weeks and really enjoying the turbo, I definitely recommend buying one, I wasn't disappointed in my purchase.

Smooth & quiet
Following a serious bike crash, broken hip & surgery I needed an indoor winter training option. This trainer is ready out of the box. Easy to connect to smart app. Immersive indoor bike training during winter months. Highly recommend the Elite Suito.

Perfect trainer for sensible price
Easy to setup. Good to have trial vouchers included. Great to have cassette installed. Simple to upgrade firmware and calibrate. Pairs nicely with Apple TV Zwift to have all sensors required under a single connection. Very happy to have got one at a time when they are incredibly hard to source! Great service and delivery from Mantel / UPS.

Surprisingly addictive and fun riding companion
I bought one of these to relieve the boredom of winter and get a fit again, thanks to this little unit there’s a chance I’ll emerge stronger from this lockdown, so I thank it! I am definitely an amateur and this is my first trainer but it’s super easy to setup, solid and connects quickly to Zwift. Job jobbed!

Excellent value and very easy to setup and start training
This is my second elite suito trainer. Only sold the first one because we emmigrated. Was keen on trying something new this time, but settled for the same trainer again as it's just excellent value! There are better trainers with higher prices out there, but for the recreational cyclist who is not training to chase podiums (which is most of us...), this is ideal. Most of us mere mortals don't need anything more than this.

Super Home Trainer, excellent value for money!
Very simple installation. It's my first direct-drive home trainer, and I find that the ride is extremely smooth, with only the noise of the chain to be heard. Once connected to Zwift, the home trainer is very responsive: power and cadence measurements respond very quickly to changes. I totally recommend it!

Very nice bike trainer for a very nice price
The Suito is a very nice bike trainer that is perfect for me. It has more than enough resistance range for me, but I am not a super athlete. It is very stable so even standing bits are no problem. In terms of noise, the trainer is clearly present. Not a problem for me (I cycle in the shed), but I can imagine that it will be more noticeable indoors. The trainer is easy to set up. Unfold legs, plug in, bike on and go. The Elite App (comes with an annual subscription) is neat but not clear on all points. Also too bad there are no pre-baked workouts in it. But a new workout is easily created. Conclusion: For me, the Suito is an ideal trainer for a very competitive price.

More than fine trainer at a competitive price
Quickly install from the box and get going with Zwift and Rouvy. Godd to pay attention to what you are doing. Really open 1 program at a time and make sure you always disconnect and close the current program from the trainer before opening another program. Otherwise it gets confused. Otherwise a more than fine direct drive trainer for a fine price. Other than that, everything really speaks for itself.

the ideal alternative to outdoor cycling
After some doubts the purchase went through. And now balking. Baling that I didn't do it sooner. Well packaged, the trainer arrived. Unpack it, put it away, plug it in and go. For the sake of completeness I downloaded 2 apps for calibration and firmware update (not necessary it seems). I came from a roller bench and this trainer is a lot quieter. You can ride without earbuds and watch your movie or listen to music. Together with Zwift (or other virtual app) the ideal alternative for outdoor riding. After training you fold the legs back in and it is easy to store.

Simple well-functioning smarttrainer
Installation was easy, I connected a mountain bike to it. Connected to Zwift without any problem. It surprised me in a positive way in terms of the amount of noise...you only hear the chain sliding over the sprockets, nothing else to hear. It is indeed well movable.... so actually all the pluses they cite in the advertising are present....

Quality home trainer at an affordable price that meets my expectations.
I've been using this home trainer for a few weeks now and it's lived up to my expectations. It takes up very little space and is easy to install. The interaction with the zwit app gives me full satisfaction during my workouts.
Pros & Cons

Good purchase on this site, good product.
Fast, trouble-free ordering and delivery. The product is as I expected and as described on the website. Good value for money in my opinion. Only My-training, the Elite software doesn't seem particularly user-friendly. Without a cardio belt, there's no access to the initial test. But learning how to use it and training should enable me to be satisfied.

Would buy it again in a moment
Super nice bike trainer, glad I bought this one. With the handle easy to move. A bike with 8 rear gears is also easy to place with the two included rings, even though this is not mentioned in the manual. I did have to readjust the rear derailleur because it started rattling.

Top direct drive trainer at a reasonable price
I use the trainer in combination with Zwift, the trainer gives a fast and realistic signal via a good working Ant+ and Bluetooth sensor when there are height differences and is therefore very nice to use. For me a top trainer for a reasonable price.

Top of the top. Thanks mantel.
Great product with unfailing service from Mantel. One order and received the next day despite the size of the package. I couldn't find the subscription card for zwift but also for several other applications or workouts that you'll also benefit from for free (1 month of bekool, and all the other apps of the genre) I sent an email to mantel and had an answer a few minutes later with the solution. I recommend this super efficient and very realistic connected home trainer. I can't do without it! And all at a price lower than the competition on the Internet :)

A nice little toy in case of bad weather
Very satisfied with the purchase. I hesitated for a long time, given the substantial price tag for an indoor sufferer, but in the end my initial feedback was very positive. As far as the product is concerned, Mantel remains competitive in terms of price. Delivery is fast. The product is effective. Tested three times so far, in two different ways: on the my e-training site (free one-year subscription), where you can experience only the "Tour de la lune" kinomap-style video (the others are paid for), practice different workouts, and plot routes on a map. I've also tested a simulated workout with a track from my Garmin GPS. Haven't discovered the other applications yet...

Elite "suez tôt" no need to be a pro!
Delighted with my purchase, once the cassette was mounted and after a bit of a battle to get my free Swift trial codes, I got on my bike and started sweating my way up the slopes of Watopia! Don't forget to calibrate your HT for greater pleasure and precision, water, snacks and a towel will be your indispensable allies.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
A purchase I really don't regret!
The Elite Suito T installs very quickly, the guide is very clear and the package includes all the parts (and more) to adapt to different bikes. Having ordered the sprocket cassette in advance, I was able to install the Suito immediately after receiving it, and tried it out straight away. Very stable and quiet. As for connectivity, it's impeccable for the use I've had of it so far: I'm connected to Zwift in BlueTooth and it works perfectly and immediately. The product is exactly what I expected, and as the delivery was ultra-fast and free of charge, I'm delighted with my purchase via Mantel!
Pros & Cons

perfect, easy to install
HT really nice, perfect. On my old Elite the software with video was free and without subscription, today 19.90/year from the 2nd year.
Pros & Cons

Very satisfied
The HT is easy to install, rather easy to move with the handle and to store, and the noise is not annoying. For my part, I had to adjust my bike's transmission, even though the cassette is identical between my bike and the HT. Very satisfactory first purchase from Mantel.
Pros & Cons

Top product.
I was looking for an HT that was easy to install and use, and I found what I was looking for with the SUITO. It meets all my criteria, and what's more, the applications are great fun. I highly recommend this product and also the Mantel site for its reliability.

Fine compact and complete trainer for Zwift
Owned it for several weeks now and really like it. Quick and easy to use via the Elite app, but also connects directly to Zwift via Bluetooth and ANT+ (I also bought the dongle to connect with a heart rate belt). Cassette mounting is very pleasant; also the adapters for 130 mm ++ frames fit fine and are logical. But it remains difficult for Italian manufacturers to make a readable translation in NL; I have often read the English version to understand it ;) During training the trainer responds well and decisively; for me as an amateur cyclist there is plenty of resistance - slopes of 15% within Zwift provide plenty of sweaty moments :) The trainer is very stable, you can move slightly while cycling which I like. The front wheel support does slide off a bit easily, but with a cycling mat it works fine. In my case it is in one piece; on the video on the website it consists of one part (fixed) with a rotatable upper part. The weight is manageable and folds compactly; so far very happy with my purchase!

I'm very pleased with the Elite Suito. With its carrying handle and folding feet, it's easy to store. The operation is faultless, and the feeling on the bike is very good. Mantel offered the best price with impeccable service from order to delivery.

Wonderful trainer for rainy days
Assembly was an easy job. Cassette removal kit necessary to secure cassette. The Elite suito is compatible with various cassettes (9-10-11 and 12 speed). Do not forget to install the included shims. Trained several times with it. Beautiful device with good settings. Download the app (myEtrainer), create an account, put the bike on the trainer and off you go. Controlled with your iPad or just with your Garmin. Both work great.
Pros & Cons

Best trainer for this price segment.
Super direct trainer. Operation is completely self-explanatory. Because of the smaller flywheel vs. other brands, it is much more responsive to changes in percentages. This makes the experience and perception much more realistic. Works perfectly for stab axles.

I recommend this home trainer, which is very pleasant to use and reasonably priced.
As I always have some difficulty getting a new device up and running, I was surprised to find that I connected it without any problems.
