This is how service should be!
Got loose and lost while mtb'ing. Question was whether this was covered under warranty or not. The manufacturer said it was due to 'external impact' (and therefore not covered by warranty). But the screw just loosened and in my opinion that shouldn't be the case. Mantel then decided to warranty it anyway. No fuss. This is how good service should be. Compliment!

Great spare part
Very nice that Mantel has spare parts available in addition to new products! I probably had a loose screw while cycling so I lost this dial on the way. Fortunately available as a spare part quickly and easily.
