The Thermoflex fabric is warm, soft and stretchy, ensuring a comfortable fit under your helmet in temperatures as low as -5°C. Flat-lock stitching prevents chafing against your skin, and reflective details at the back increase your visibility as light fades.

Thermoflex fabric
This warm, soft and stretchy fabric ensures a comfortable fit under a bike helmet.
Flat-lock stitching
This seamless finish prevents chafing, no matter how long your ride.
Ideal for:
- Winter temperatures down to -5°C;
- Use under a bike helmet, whatever your helmet size, thanks to the one-size design and stretchy fit.
- Mild or cool weather – in such conditions, a thin, breathable headband (such as the Castelli Pro Thermal 3 Headband) will be more comfortable.
- Wash the Skully at a maximum of 30°C to ensure the Thermoflex fabric remains soft.
- Leave to air-dry; the tumble dryer will damage the elasticity.
