BORN Magnesium Liquid

Born Magnesium Liquid is enriched with 300 mg of magnesium (80% RDA) and 45 mg of vitamin C (56% RDA). While exercising, your body easily loses 1 to 2 litres of fluids per hour. While sweating, it also loses a lot of essential minerals. Especially on hot training days or during high-intensity exercise, it can be useful to replenish minerals during or after exercise. Magnesium is one of these. A magnesium deficit may cause cramps in your arms or legs.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 tube daily, immediately before or after your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Use in case of hypersensitivity is not advised. If you are not sure about the use or dosage of the product, consult your doctor.
