Poems complete set for BB replacement
Compete set to replace BB press bearing, you just need to purchase a new BB low
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Not compatible with SRAM GXP 22/24 mm
Purchased to remove/install BB86 bearings (22/24 mm) on a road bike with SRAM GXP bottom bracket. The little tool to remove the bearings is impractical. The blades that should support the bearing on the inside shoot through when pressure is applied (attempts to stop the blades with a 22 mm bushing were in vain). I did not manage to remove the bearings with this tool. In the end, I bought the parktool BBT-90.3 with which it was a piece of cake (I can recommend it to everyone). The bearing press for installing the bearings is fine. In summary, the combi set seems handy but for SRAM GXP bracket with 22/24 mm bearings not suitable in my opinion. Bad buy!
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Removal is a drama, placement well to do.
The tool for insertion is very straightforward. This is doable with this tool even for someone with two left hands. Be careful not to turn the bearings the deep. Removing a pressed-in bearing is a bit more difficult. The tool damages the side of the bearing, making it unusable. There is also a risk of driving the second cup out crookedly, as there is no cenctre ring for the extruder included. The three pallets of the 24mm extruder, work if they stay in place properly. Tip to keep the 3 pallets together is to double wrap a thicker rubber o-ring around them. This will hold things together better. Another tip, don't drive the first cup out completely straight away, and use it as a centring ring for the second one. In short, I managed to replace firmly stuck bearings with this tool, provided damage to the inside of the cups (24 mm). However, if you want to use the tool to do a thorough cleaning and reuse the bearings, I do not recommend this way of extruding a bearing....

Nice case with high-quality tools.
Nice set, everything is there to replace or maintain your bottom bracket bearing /BB. A bit tricky to knock out the BB with the "impact bolt", but works well if you position it correctly.
