Light and strong 1-finger lever blade
These Magura MT8 Pro disc brakes can be operated with one finger. This allows you to squeeze your brake with minimal effort and use the rest of your hand to hold your handlebars. This means more control on the trails!
The brake lever is made of aluminium and carbon and, therefore, is light, stiff and impact-resistant. The avid cross-country mountain biker will absolutely love it.

Adjustable lever
The lever of the Magura MT8 Pro disc brake is fully customisable; the bite point can be adjusted, for instance, as can the distance between the brake lever and the handlebars, making this brake suitable for bikers with smaller hands as well.

Caliper with two pistons for low weight and high performance
The caliper of the Magura MT8 Pro disc brake has two pistons, ideal for cross-country (XC) mountain biking. As for our own country, the Netherlands, most Dutch MTB routes are cross-country routes; in other countries, many medium-level technical trails in hills and mountains are suitable for XC riding. You generally do not need more braking power there than with a two-piston caliper; more pistons would add weight but not much more.

Magura Storm HC brake discs
The Magura Storm HC disc brake rotor is made of X30Cr12 steel and is 2 mm thick. Its thickness helps to prevent the rotor bending and deforming when exposed to heat. The Storm HC disc has perfect grip and provides excellent braking power in all conditions.
