The Zipp SL 145 stem is a perfect example of perseverance towards the engineers of Zipp. There are 50 different sections of hand-laid carbon, just like the titanium bolts that are used in the MotoGP. To top it off, there is a stainless steel backplate. The SL 145 wasn't easy to design and produce, but its result is impressive! This is the stiffest and strongest full carbon stem with just a weight of 135 grams at 100mm. The top cap thats in the picture is not included.
