High shifting speed and precision, even when you are stepping down on the pedals.
Semi-wireless: there's only a cable connection between the battery, front and rear derailleurs. This makes mounting easier and cable breakage highly unlikely.
Braking power with superb modulation and smooth engagement. For brake bleeding, the caliper must not be unscrewed from the frame. How convenient is that!
The derailleurs only need to be finetuned once thanks to Di2 electronic shifting. After that, it's done for the rest of your road bike's life.
