The Topeak RaceRocket HP has an aluminium body, head and handle. As such, it is conveniently low in weight yet does not compromise on quality. The narrow air chamber guarantees high pump pressure; the RaceRocket has a maximum capacity of 160 psi / 11 bar, which makes it ideally suited to road bikes. The SmartHead pump head is compatible with Presta and Schrader valves. The integrated extendable air hose provides great freedom of movement during pumping and prevents any unnecessary pressure on the valve.
As the Topeak RaceRocket HP is only 18 centimetres long it easily fits in your back pocket, or you can mount it to the bottle cage connectors in your frame by using the included bracket. Thanks to the versatility of the RaceRocket HP, this mini pump is highly recommended for use on the road.
• Capacity: 11 bar
• Size: 18 x 2.6 x 2.1 cm
• Mount: Includes side mount bracket
• Weight: 82 grams
The pump head on this hand pump is suitable for both Schrader and Presta. Valve types can be changed by simply twisting it open, making it relatively easy!
What's the difference between a High Pressure (HP) and High Volume pump?
Depending on the type of tyre you have, you might prefer either an HP or a HV pump. High-pressure pumps move a smaller volume of air with each stroke, but can do so up to 220 psi (may vary, check individual pump specifications) and thus better suited for skinny road tyres. A High Volume pump, on the other hand, pumps more volume into the tyre per pump stroke. More efficient for very large tyres such as MTB tyres.

Good pump for good price
On the mtb is the large volume pump. Now on the vacation bike the small volume, higher pressure version. I don't recognize the negative reviews from my own experience.

Do not buy
Pump no longer detachable from valve. I had to break over the valve inner core to get the pump off. Pump broken, tyre broken.

Worthless for presta valve
Have, or rather had 2 such pumps. For Schrader valves no problem. But does not fit well on presta valve. Valves block in the connection nipple and cannot be loosened. Had to throw 2 pumps, as well as 2 inner tubes in the bin + 15 km on foot home.
Pros & Cons

Light and expensive worthless pump
Have tried several times to inflate myn tyre on the road after changing, and only succeeded because I was not alone. If you don't have an extra pair of hands available to hold the valve, you're lost. All in all, a lousy little pump. Rather buy a slightly bigger and heavier pump that you can operate effortlessly with one hand.
