Super easy to use
This Thule car bike rack is easy to use because of the special coupling mechanism. The carrier automatically hangs correctly; simply place it on the ball and let go. If necessary, you can then still make minor adjustments and secure the carrier with the handle, but without having to hold the rack straight.
Secure mounting
Like other Thule bike carriers, the VeloCompact 3 926 has smart, detachable bike arms that ensure you can always position and secure the bike in the safest possible way. In addition, the wheel holders are extendable to fit bikes with large wheelbases. The rims are secured with straps with pump buckles.
Tilt function, compact storage and safety
Of course, the Thule VeloCompact 3 926 is tiltable. Thanks to the convenient foot pedal, this requires no effort at all. In addition, the rack folds into a compact size and comes with locks for the bikes as well as the carrier itself. Safety is guaranteed by the extensive tests to which the carrier has been subjected and the various certifications it has received: City Crash test, TÜV certification and EuroBE type certification.

Highly recommended for its quality
A priori it looks sturdy and does not give insecurity to carry the bikes. The materials are of high quality. The fact that it folds partially makes it easy to store in the boot in case you do not want to leave it mounted while you do your bike route. The mounting on the ball is very easy. The only downside is that it is heavy and can be difficult to handle. As an additional comment, when I received the package, one of the light brackets was broken. I complained to customer service and as it was urgent to use it, I ordered the broken part to replace it. Mantel took care of the cost of acquiring the part and they didn't give me any problems because I had ordered it myself. In that respect, very good service.

the carrier is handy in attaching to towbar and attaching the bikes, some puzzling how to place the bikes as the places are quite tight in terms of width. had expected 4th gutter and attachment to be present in box.
