Renewed Deore M615 Shadow Plus 10-speed rear derailleur with the so called Direct Mount. This construction should make it easier to change a wheel,especially for the 29ers. Also the construction offers more rigidity along the derailleur. In addition, there is the 'lock'; the so-called + addition. This lets the chain jump less in rugged terrain. This reduces chain jump and prevents damage of the bike.
