Easy clicking in and out thanks to adjustable spring tension.
This pedal features a light spring, making it easy to click in and out. The spring tension is also easy to adjust with an Allen key. The plastic cage of this pedal provides good pedal assistance and improves pedalling efficiency in the process.
Excellent grip and good durability even in worse conditions
The flat side of this pedal gives a good grip in all conditions. Reflectors are also fitted, making you extra visible in the dark and dusk.

These pedals are comfortable and safe!
These pedals fully meet what I expected of them, mount easily, turn smoothly to click system and give great support and traction with regular shoes. Even after a long distance, I did not experience sore feet.

The pedals function fabulously!
It goes well beyond expectations; my wife does the testing but has not yet done clicks in and out, Well with her first pair from Shimano and that went well until 1 pedal gave up the ghost after 20 years

Clicking in and out is smooth on my recumbent bike. the supplied cleats work superbly. The other side of the pedals is rubber studded and does not have enough traction for recumbent use.

Fine pedals.
I had a fear of click pedals getting stuck to the bike. These pedals are a great stepping stone to get started with click pedals. They click in and out easily and in case of an unexpected reflex, you are still so loose. I use them on the gravel bike and a ride on regular shoes also goes fine with the flat side
