Its unique asymmetric construction ensures an ideal balance which differs for the front and rear versions: whereas the front tyre is fully optimised for aerodynamics and reduces drag by 20% at 45 km/h (compared to 28 mm Pro One TT tyre), the rear tyre focuses on maximum puncture resistance while maintaining low rolling resistance.

ADDIX Race compound
The tread and sidewalls are made of Schwalbe's innovative ADDIX Race compound with high-quality polymers. With different, strategically placed rubber compounds, the tyre instantly deforms when rolling over the smallest bumps in the road surface. This results in extremely high and reliable grip in sharp corners, while rolling resistance remains optimally low on the straights.

Supple yet robust Super Race carcass
The Pro One Aero TLR road bike tyre handles excellently thanks to Schwalbe's Super Race carcass. This extremely supple construction rolls effortlessly over the asphalt while providing the optimal stiffness needed for maximum control while steering. The tyre is constructed from lightweight materials and uses two protective carcass layers that effectively protect both the centre tread and the vulnerable sidewalls from cuts and punctures (snakebite).

Thanks to integrated RaceGuard puncture protection, you can ride as far and frequently as you like with peace of mind and without constantly looking out for any sharp objects on the road. This reliable protection consists of a sturdy two-layer nylon fabric placed directly under the casing. Add the 67 EPI fabric density, and you have a structure that provides excellent protection against sharp objects while ensuring low overall weight with efficient rolling resistance.
