			Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- The Schwalbe Airmax Pro digital tyre pressure gauge is suitable for both schrader and presta valves.
- The digital pressure gauge gives a very accurate view of the tyre pressure.
- The air pressure can also be measured on the classic bicycle valve, but only in combination with the Schwalbe valve insert.

Tip: Check your tyre pressure at least once a month with a tyre pressure gauge. The famous check with the thumbs is completely unreliable. Even with half of the needed pressure tyres will feel hard. Insufficient tyre pressure is very common. The result is dramatically increased rolling resistance and premature tyre wear.

Warmly recommended!
This is the second one I am commissioning. Simply because I now have a second workshop in use. The first one, after 14 (!) years, is still in almost daily use!

Quickly broken by tubeless sealant
Mine was broken in no time. Is probably due to tubeless and the sealant that escapes a bit anyway when you use this thing. A previous version of this device lasted for years when I didn't ride tubeless. But on the other hand, it could also be that the quality has simply deteriorated.

cheap for a reason
Doesn't work properly pump says 90psi and the item when used reads less than 30psi. Don't bother buying this spend a bit more on one that works

Top device for precision adjustment of tyre pressure on site.
Very nice pressure gauge for at home or on the road. I read some complaints here and there about the tyre deflating when used on French valve when the pressure gauge is pressed onto the valve. However, this is easily avoided by dampening the valve a little first and gently sliding the pressure gauge over it. It is a precision instrument and should be used accordingly. The display is clearly readable and the beep clearly audible. The device is super lightweight so easy to take with you on the bike. Now that I use this device during my mtb rides, I can adjust the tyre pressure perfectly for different conditions, and believe me, it really makes a big difference!

Does what it needs to
Took a bit of getting used to, but after a few uses it is quick and easy to measure my tyre pressure. Shame you can't let out air with it still attached, but you can't complain at this value.
