Manual is not clear

Side wheels with manual difficult to assemble. Manual is not clear, with no pictures. Fortunately Mantel is free in their service by helping and fitting the training wheels to the bike. However, not a good fit to the bike. On both sides the side wheels come off the ground quite a lot. The training wheels are of good and sturdy material.

The brackets have bits to secure them , unfortunately there were no matching bits with them
