The Jagwire Slick-Lube Liner is a liner with extra lubricant to make your bike brake and shift smoothly again. If you have internal cable routing, you can use this liner to create a completely sealed shifting system. That means your cable is protected from mud, sand and dirt from shifter to derailleur. Shifting will be smoother than ever, and your cables will last a lot longer! Plus, this liner will make it easier to install your cables around tight corners in your frame. It'll also make it a lot easier to replace cables when necessary.
Smooth gear shifting with external cables
You can also use a liner to make shifting and braking smoother on bikes with external cables. These cables often have to run around tight corners, like underneath the frame, for example. Dirt and worn-out cable guides can lead to a lot of frustration, which can be solved very easily with this liner. Cut it into the right size, install it in the right spot and you can shift gears as much as you like!
Brake hose:
• Size: 1.9 x 2.4 mm
• Length: 1600 mm
Shifting cable:
• Maten: 1.4 x 1.9 mm
• Length: 2300 mm

If you do your own maintenance on your bike, this is handy piece of kit.
Ordered two sets; for brake and gear cables. Had never replaced internal cabling before, but with these liners the job was easily done. Nice addition to toolbox.

Indispensable product!
My derailleur cable was broken and needed to be replaced and I have a carbon frame where the cables run through with this Jagwire it was fixed in no time! Remove/cut the cable from your handlebar lever and push this Jagwire over it and all the way through your frame (cable is 2 meters so that should work) then pull out the old cable and push the new cable through the Jagwire and you're done, under no circumstances pull the old cable out of your frame otherwise you can't install the Jagwire and you may spend hours fiddling to pull the cable through the frame (with such a magnet set)! Then you can pull the Jagwire out or leave it in, the cable is very smooth so I left it in the frame.

Highly recommended for bikes with internal routing.
This is the only thing you need to route the new internal cables when the old ones are still inside the frame. You can reuse it as many times as you want or leave the liner inside to cover the cable in places there are outside the frame e.g. under the bottom bracket.

Excellent product.
Super product, very smooth gear changes. Extends cable life considerably.
Pros & Cons

Satisfactory, but is pricey for what it is.
Bought to route my internal cables through my frame. Works fine, and has sufficient length; no need to worry about that. However, it is expensive for a simple piece of plastic tubing.
