Light on the head, light on the pocket, lifesaver
After two years of cycling I've finally found a helmet that actually fits. Previous helmets have either marked my forehead with indentations or have slipped out of position. I'm doubly impressed because this is also the lightest helmet that I have trialled.

I bought this helmetbin the January sales having read earlier reviews. I decided to invest in the MIPS version which has turned to be a very comfortable option. The "matt" white colour is very underwhelming and is the only bad point I can say about this lid.

A decent helmet
This Giro Savant is a decent helmet for people with big heads. My head circumference is around 63 cm and the Giro XL sizing allows me to use cap and hood under it. Great - this was what I was looking for! My complaints are the squeaky noise probably originating from MIPS (at least in cold weather) and the cheap type of chin strap (at this price point I'd expect a bit better tightening system).
