Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- Lightweight, supple and durable ideal alternative to tubeless riding.
- The suppleness of this inner tube strengthens the properties of the tyres for lower rolling resistance and better grip.
- Fits both 29 inch and 28 inch tyres with a width between 1.70 - 2.30 inch.
- Latex tubes lose around 0.5 to 1 bar (7 to 14 psi) of air per day, which means you need to add some extra air to them relatively often.

The inner tube topper for mountain bikes
Inner tube stays well pressurised. Lifetime about a year. Has the advantages of tubeless, without the disadvantages. The valve is slippery, you have to hold the head of your bicycle pump by the valve yourself, otherwise it will slide off the valve when you start pumping. By the way, is no reason not to buy the tyre.

Good puncture resistance
Cut in 26'' for a 29'' wheel good puncture resistance (point, thorns) and lightness

On all counts a good inner tube to have
Fitted this latex tyre in a Mavic Crossride wheel with Racing Ralph. Little bit of inflation during fitting to get the tyre in place. Some extra baby powder won't hurt either to reduce friction everywhere. In my experience, this is much better than the very sensitive TPU tyres and I haven't noticed much pressure loss either. This tyre loses pressure very slowly compared to a butyl rubber but I had the same or more pressure loss with tubeless and you certainly don't need to re-inflate every day if you are used to riding at 1.5 to 2 bar.

Very good product.
The latex inner tubes give a noticeably lower rolling resistance. They also maintain pressure beyond expectations for several days.

Flexible and light; alternative to tubeless
Excellent inner tube for the MTB. This latex inner tube is a lot more flexible compared to a standard butyl inner tube; you will notice this during the ride. Moreover, they are slightly lighter in weight. They lose around 0.1 bar of pressure per day.
