A tyre insert prevents your tyre from flopping or folding under lateral strain or in corners, so you can keep cycling until your next pitstop. When you inflate your tyre, the volume of your tyre insert decreases, and as soon as your tyre is punctured and your tyre deflates, the tyre insert will expand. Suitable for use with most marathon, XC and downcountry mountain bike tyres.

After a ride with three punctures – tiny tears that just wouldn’t seal – I decided to go for that extra ‘get-home’ guarantee after all, and I haven’t regretted it for a second… Now, four weeks on, the peace of mind and that extra sense of safety give me even more freedom and confidence to get the most out of my Orbea full-suspension bike on the downhill sections – of which we have plenty here in Oost-Zuid-Limburg

Tricky to mount, (hopefully) good protection rim
Mounting Schwalbe Racing Ray/Ralph with this air-liner on a DT Swiss XRC 1501 hookless rim: that's Olympic wrestling in the lightweight class, and I almost lost too.... I'm normally against using tyre levers when fitting an outer tyre, but this really couldn't be done without them.

Should have invented years earlier
Going to ride beach race soon, this will be the baptism of fire for the Air-Liner with me. This will be a test ride and will then go into the fully for real mtb work
