Crankbrothers Mallet 2

The power of the CrankBrothers Mallet 2 pedal is that you can use this pedal with your clipless shoes and as a full worthy flat pedal. The clipless pedals are inspired by the famous Eggbeaters. Unbeatable in the mudd. Clipping-in works always, even during the toughest and roughest conditions. The flat base around its system is made out of aluminium and polycarbonate. The aluminium base is placed on the outside in order to absorb impacts.

On both sides you can place six metal pins of eight millimeter to ensure extra grip with your Five Ten shoes. You can decide how much grip you want by screwing the pins in or out.

The Mallet 2 uses Enduro industry bearings on the outside and a Igus LL-plain bearing. They also use a double seal to ensure your bearing is protected from mud and other debris. If your bearings do become worn through heavy use, you can replace them with a simple service kit and your pedals are as good as new.
