Pirelli Cinturato Gravel M TechWALL

The Cinturato Gravel M tyre is designed for Mixed terrain, ranging from asphalt to loose sand. The tyre has medium-high, medium-spaced studs that deliver excellent performance on various types of terrain. The tyre's compact centre strip allows for exceptionally low rolling resistance within its category. TechWALL carcass
The TechWALL Gravel casing uses elements of mountain bike and road casings to create a structure with a perfect balance between puncture resistance and suppleness. The purpose of the carcass is to prevent cuts in the tyre's sidewalls, and so a structure that is optimally resistant to such cuts is used all over the carcass, and extra rubber has been added in strategic places. Compared to the ProWALL casing, the TechWALL casing lacks an extra nylon layer on the sides, making the tyre a bit lighter but also a bit less puncture resistant.

SpeedGRIP compound
The SpeedGRIP compound is a gravel-specific rubber compound born from experience in the World Rally Championship, where tyre performance in both speed and on- and off-road grip is a top priority. The SpeedGRIP formula is based on the polymer composition of the MTB-specific SmartGRIP compound and also lowers rolling resistance. Optimising it for gravel riding requires a good balance between grip and speed. The result is a predictable compound with consistent on- and off-road performance.
