Speedplay Vetpomp

An indispensable accessory if you want to properly maintain your Speedplay pedals. Speedplay bearings need to be greased regularly in order to function properly. The pedals use needle bearings, which need to be greased more frequently than regular bearings. It's recommended to change/fill up the grease in your bearings every 2000 miles or 3 months. This interval becomes shorter under dusty or wet conditions.
