Display
Despite its compact size, the display is large and clear, making it easy to read the functions. The desired functions are displayed as symbols or icons, so you can clearly see at a glance which function it is.
Preset tyre sizes
If you are going to use this cycle computer, it is important to set your wheel size. This is done very easily by using predefined tyre sizes. From 16 inches through 700C to 29 inches. Manual input of the wheel size in mm is, of course, also possible.
100 hours of driving time
This odometer can record up to 100 hours of riding time per ride. So you can easily record rides of complete cycling holidays.
Waterproof
The Sigma cycle computer has an IPX 8 rating. That means it is protected against prolonged immersion. So a hefty rain shower won't be a problem.
Scan mode
The Sigma BC 5.0 WR includes over a scan mode that indicates all five basic functions in turn. You can also turn this mode off, then switch between the data at the touch of a button.
Time for a break?
If you take a break of up to two hours during your ride, the BC 5.0 WR will automatically switch itself off and back on again when you're back on the move. Very convenient!

5 / 5
Handy km counter for the bike, fitted with no fuss and customer-oriented service.
First I had a CatEye Padrone PA100W Stealth Edition, but it did not work on the Cube Nuroad FE with front hub dynamo. Too much interference interference interference. Then had this Sigma fitted by Mantel. This was a bit of a hassle, as the battery in the new package was already flat. They thought along where and how to mount it. It is now perfectly centred. Very happy with it.
