Description
Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move a little while they ride and whose hips rock a little from side to side. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for those riders while maintaining sufficient freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.
Flexibility
This is an S-shaped saddle, meaning it’s raised at the back and lowered in the middle. This S-shape makes it possible for people with an inflexible spine to assume a proper riding position. This has to do with how easy these riders find it to rotate their pelvis. People with an inflexible spine often have more trouble rotating their pelvis, meaning they could use some extra support.
Cut-out
This saddle has a cut-out and alleviates pressure for those who often experience discomfort or pressure to their soft tissue areas.

Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great product, novel design, some getting used to required
Bought after not being quite happy with a lot of other seats. Have found fiziks comfy enough on the road but not without the odd consequence and absolute torture on the rollers or turbo. The admo solves the numbness issue but forces the legs wide apart and is hard to set up abd easy to slip off of, ok for the tt bike perhaps. The smp on the other hand is about saddle sized, but the cutout is big enough to do something, only becoming at all problematic when bent right over and feeling an urge to move forwards. The raised aection at the back os also helpful when sitting more upright. Its jot as easy as a flat saddle to get set up but maybe that a good thing as it helps get your postion more or less right, it foes not tolerate moving about souch as other saddles, although it is ok for climbing. However early days yet and some more miles are needed. The smp then is perhaps not the miricle solution for all saddle woes, but the only one ive ridden on the turbo for an hour without numbness and with only minor discomfort on the bones. Needs more fettli g with the setup but very promising so far. Also well made.

Best saddle I've used
Saddle fit is quite a personal thing, but the Selle SMP saddles are a huge range. I've found one I really like. The cutaway design is their key selling factor. Might be a dilemma trying to pick one from the huge range. Sort out the size you want and then go from there.
