4. How far apart are your seat bones?

You can measure the distance between your seat bones by placing a piece of flat cardboard on a hard chair and sitting down on it. Apply some firm pressure to create a clear impression on the cardboard. Determine the centre of each impression and measure the distance between them.

100 - 114 mm

115 - 129 mm

130 - 144 mm

145 - 159 mm
