Finally motivated to do some training at home!
This is my first experience with a connected home trainer. The NEO 2T Smart T2875 is very quiet and gives a very realistic cycling sensation. The data analysis is accurate and allows me to optimise the quality of my workouts. It's easy to connect to other devices and software such as Zwift. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Recommended for the stronger cyclist.
After 1.5 years switched from a Flux S to a Neo 2t. A completely different experience, did have to really get used to it but don't want to go back.

Never train with a "light" again.....
This is my 4th ( yes fourth) TACX trainer in over 10 years. I started with software TTS3 and TTS4 from Tacx with lots of expensive DVDs, lots of startup problems problems. Now we ride with 'n app and cycling "in the cloud" and that is quite an improvement. Zwift, Tacx, Kinomap, Rouvy, Bkool, VeloReality and more are the platforms where you can go to build fitness in a safe way.

Do the job
Fast installation and detected automatically by my edge 1030 and my smartphone androids with tacx application... both connected at the same time. Before... I couldn't bike more than 45min on my previous home trainer... now I can bike more than an hour... yep it does the job!

Incredible smart roller
If you are looking for real sensations for different types of asphalt and with simulation of descents and ascents, this is the perfect roller.

Pricey, but if you're looking for an indoor trainer, this is a very good buy!
Switching from a Tacx Flux S to the Tacx Neo is a huge step forward. Quieter, smoother to set up, no calibration needed and easy to collapse again.
Pros & Cons

Super. Should have bought it earlier!
Addictive fun, you're going to use bem every day. Great for with apps like Zwift, Rouvy, and so on. You do need to put a fan near your cycling spot because, as with any indoor trainer, you're going to sweat and heat up tremendously and need to be cooled down.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Top direct drive training
Cycles almost like on the road. Reacts quickly. Very quiet and smooth. Huge upgrade over the flux. Moving is n strength training in itself. Sidenote: Bluetooth connection to tacx/Garmin app is sensitive to other signals. Installing updates takes very long. Does that especially after n workout

Top trainer, having fun cycling indoors!
After cycling a lot on the Vortex, I switched to the Neo2T. And what a nice improvement it is! Cycling is quieter and feels much more realistic. Device is solid, I think I can get years ahead again!

Fine cycling experience, but there are a few persistent problems in the device
Have had a Tacx Neo 2 since December 2019. Today I smelled a scorching smell, and then the resistance dropped. At the air outlet, the Tacx Neo 2 was glowing. There seems to be a persistent overheating problem with both Neo2 and 2Ts. A thermostat controlling the fan or the fan itself then seem to be faulty. If you Googled this seems to be very common. The devices are replaced within warranty by Garmin/Tacx, but yes, if your device is out of warranty, then you have a nice setback to deal with. You are then advised to buy a new device.... I submitted a warranty request and assume it will be taken care of. Anyway, have been warned!

Great coach!
The Tacx neo 2T smart fully meets my expectations. Very quiet. Accurate watt measurement. Works smoothly with Rouvy. The accessory package is also an asset. Roadfeel is great, but only works with the Tacx app. The Tacx app has poor picture quality, Rouvy looks much better.

Very realistic, pedal the same wattages as outside, even though it seems heavier than outside. Better than I expected.

Premium product but not a robust, reliable cycling trainer
My 2nd Tacx Neo 2T has just failed under warranty. The unit overheats after 5 to 15 minutes of cycling. There are numerous similar reports on the internet. The product, when it works, is an impressive, high end cycling trainer. But when it fails, and too often it does... If I pay a high price for a premium product, I expect the product to be robust and the after sales service to be exceptional if the unit fails. When the product is replaced, the warranty is not renewed to 2 years like other high end brands. That is very disappointing.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great experience
Takes some effort to get all the settings right, but then you have something. I use this trainer for my MTB on which I tour in CH. The possibilities of the Tacx App are great, that's all I could wish for.

Great training partner, highly recommended.
Swore 35 years ago never to ride the roller bank again. Now I have taken the plunge and haven't regretted it for a moment. With Tacx's software you can ride beautiful routes, flat or very steep (and then you really have to do your best).
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Quite realistic
Very good smarttrainer that gives a very realistic cycling experience. Fan is necessary because of the heat. Point of attention is placing a road bike with brake discs on the trainer. Does not fit without the calipers hitting the trainer. But this will differ per bike.
Pros & Cons

Super fun if you can't exercise outside
There's nothing like cycling outside, but with the tacx, the cycling experience is just like real! Super fun!

Great product and delivered quickly
Almost a case of "plug and play", but I still had to buy a body for Campa. Otherwise it was a piece of cake. The Tacx desktop version with Hem in connect and Strava did not go without a hitch, but the Tacx/Garmin helpdesk solved the problem perfectly.

Great looking and solid bike trainer
Gives a very realistic feeling to cycling flat and while climbing. Is a pleasure to cycle on especially when the weather outside is bad. Is actually the ideal training partner in bad weather.

top thing
Oh, how wonderful it feels to ride your bike indoors through Watopia while it's cold, wet and dirty outside. No more cleaning your bike, just refilling the water bottles and lubricating the chain every now and then. No more paying attention to curves, traffic or traffic lights during interval training, but just pounding hard. Your cycling friends will be amazed when you come out of that bunker in better weather conditions and cycle them all out. Tacx Neo 2T, thank you.

Next best thing after outdoor cycling
Top device, lives up to my expectations. Cyclists who like to climb standing may be less enthusiastic because the set-up is very rigid. I do have the idea that the virtual effort on a familiar tour, e.g. GPX read in from Strava, is heavier than real-life. In addition, the device is regularly wrong when it comes to correctly reading altimeters from a Strava GPX file, but that could also be due to Strava. All in all, fine device, especially in combination with the virtual services such as Zwift.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Top product!
I use the Tacx in combination with Zwift. Super combo where the powerful bike trainer accurately and realistically tracks routes and workouts in terms of resistance.

Fine and realistic bike trainer to stay or get on level.
At Mantel there is the opportunity to test different bike trainers. ended up choosing this trainer for the realistic cycling experience and the trainer is quiet. This trainer has everything to keep you on top level even in winter. Not cheap but well worth its money.
Pros & Cons

Rock solid top quality for this price
Been using this trainer for several weeks now. What immediately struck me was how small this box was on arrival (thanks to Mantel for the quick delivery/service). Assembly was very easy. Just unfold the supports out of the box, mount the cassette and then mount the bike, done! Big advantage is that you can also use this trainer without power. Ideal if you are somewhere on the move or just do not have an outlet nearby. By using magnets, there is no drive belt. So no wear and tear or problems, which was the case with my previous trainer. Reaction speed is simply top. Both in erg-mode and free. Trainer also stands very firm so sprinting is no problem, just put your head down and give it your all! Also no problems with skidding during sprints or high power at low pedaling frequency. Roadfeel is a nice feature, especially in Zwift. Ride over cobblestones, wooden planks or gravel each has its own vibration through to the pedals. Trainer doesn't need to be calibrated either making it immediately usable. Connection to apps/pc is lightning fast, both bluetooth and ant+. Conclusion, more than worth its money if you are a passionate cyclist. Would even say a must!

Fantastic device to train with
After some bad luck with two other trainers, bought this one. The first trainer was an Elite Direto XR-T, it was running internally. There were burrs under the trainer. I was able to exchange this one for a Tacx Flux 2 without any problems. However, apparently fate was not kind to me, because while cycling the Alpe du Zwift, smoke came out. The metal disc was so hot I couldn't keep my hand on it. With lead in my shoes I returned to the store, because how can you return two trainers in one week. Only understanding from the employees of Mantel in Arnhem. Compliments for them! They also made me a nice offer for this NEO. Finally made the choice to invest extra anyway. Anyway in terms of design a beautiful device to see. Immediately updated all software and started cycling. My first experiences are really great, reacts super fast to changes in resistance, the "weaving effect" of the surface gives a cool dimension. The training possibilities are very extensive. Both with the Tacx app and Zwift of course. Because there is a certain amount of flexibility in the system, the bike moves from left to right. I had to get used to that, but it does approximate reality. My bike is also not completely silent when I ride it outside. The other trainers were rigid / stiff. There is something to be said about that too, but after a few minutes of cycling I got used to it. Especially the fact that the NEO generates its own energy when you use it without power is very handy. You only miss the downhill experience then, but it makes it extremely suitable to put anywhere. After a week in which I have had 3 different trainers, I can say that quality has a price and the difference is great in terms of riding experience. If you are not a purist, I can imagine that another (cheaper) model will also meet expectations. If you want a realistic experience, then this is a winner.

First direct drive trainer I purchase. Nice and quiet in use. Easy to assemble and, thanks to the help of an extremely friendly shop assistant in the shop, immediately got the right cassette fitted. Quick to pair with zwift and other accessories. The additional package makes it totally worth it. Top article.

Great looking, solid bike trainer
Very natural cycling, accurate and very precise display of wattages and speed. By putting a spacer on the Tacx when placing a cassette, the adjustment of the Tacx no longer matched the bicycle. So when changing the derailleur every time, which is inconvenient.

TACX NEO, exceeds my expectations. Fine professional training schedules through the app and communication with app / NEO / Iphone go like clockwork. No fuss, just change and ride :)

Fantastic...
But already broken after 1 year. Used intensively though (15,000 km).
Pros & Cons

Very expensive, but meets expectations.
Super quiet exercise bike that lives up to all expectations. The motion plates are a nice addition to give it all just a little something extra, just not made for a good sprint.
Pros & Cons

Super realistic!
Super realistic and super nice with these dark, short wet days!
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Fairly realistic experience
The trainer is top-notch, self-configuring and ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) compatible. The ERG feedback is pretty cool and lets you feel the ground surface (planks, cobblestones...). A good buy, admittedly rather expensive, but a very realistic experience.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Highly recommended for enthusiasts.
Installed the Tacx cycletrainer Neo 2T Smart T2875 in the attic on a wooden floor. In my case, a Shimano 10 speed cassette required a 2nd ring (supplied with the cassette) and the derailleur had to be adjusted. Tacx supplies 1 ring as standard. Because of that loft floor it is not recommended to e.g. ride a gravel tour with a high bike feel setting because of the noise and banging. Further a pity that e.g. you cannot ride your own saved tour rides based on gpx files without purchasing a paid Premium subscription. Other than that, the trainer with the Desktop app is satisfactory, but that's okay for that price. The video HD experience on a large screen TV of the training rides offered with the training data including live L/R pedal stroke analysis is impressive. There is also a data link to Garmin Connect. Is pricey but no regrets about the purchase.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
This device is truly the top of the bike trainer segment
Before this I had an Elite Direto X. This one lived up to expectations but the Tacx Neo 2T is really a step up. It is compact yet very solid. Easy to connect to Zwift. It is as they always say plug and play. I've owned it for a few weeks now and haven't regretted a day yet.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Top material
The Tacx Neo 2T has its price tag, but it is well worth its money for an athletic cyclist who wants to maintain or improve their fitness in the winter. I myself have had it for a week now. In no time it was ready to use. It is very quiet and feels comfortable. And in combination with zwift it is an addictive toy :-)
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Super trainer, should have done much earlier
Super realistic, especially in the mountain rides and on e.g. a gravel or cobblestone ride. Great software from Tacx/Garmin !
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Nice direct drive trainer, easily installed and with the ant+dongel immediately paired fine.
One of the biggest advantages of the neot2 is that the trainer moves slightly on the foot it stands on. This ensures that you don't wiggle the frame of your bike when you apply force. I think this is an important difference compared to other trainers. Standing feels good, but obviously not as natural as being outside. The road-feel feature is nice though (gravel or planks) you can really feel a bit. But this is just a nice feature, and definitely not a must. Nicely quiet, you can hear the rattle of your chain and derailleur more than the trainer itself.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
A very good compromise for long periods when you can't pedal outside anymore.
It's a great alternative to road cycling, you can forget about the time factor, there's no weariness, the attraction of the challenge, the visual appeal, depending on the connected application you adopt...

Indoor cycling is no longer boring with this Tacx
Well advised by Mantel Utrecht. Scepticism about indoor training quickly disappeared. This Tacx is a good addition to outdoor cycling. Very nice to be able to cycle all the beautiful colls in the world with the Taxc app. No animation images is however say. The motionplates I was sceptical about but make the cycling motion more fluid. Was included with action pack NEO 2T though a lot of money for a piece of moving plastic. Would also have liked to be able to use multiple accounts on Taxc app.

The trainer is very quiet compared to other trainers, reel feel completes the experience. The trainer is immensely stable.

Nice for the wet cold winter months
Easy to ride! With Apple TV you stream it to your TV in no time with a nice cycling podcast from Spotify in the background
