Good and easy installation and 2 degrees of movement.
I have been using these Shimano SPD-SL for quite a while now and I like them. Only downside is that they wear out quite quickly when walking so take that into consideration when you buy them. You can buy rubber shoes for that so you won't be bothered so much.

Great
Good product, does what it is meant for. This is my first road bike experience and after a long stretch of cycling, it is still difficult to get your shoes off the pedals(tired legs) also practice this a few times when you are new to cycling....

Necessary for under your racing shoe.
Fixing using the explanation video is quite easy with the good practical tips.

Reliable cleats.
Easy to fit, clicking in and out is smooth. Use a torque wrench to fit them, 4nm is about right. With care you should get about a year of use.

Always exactly what you expect and is promised.
Good quality and fast delivery! Bit unfortunate that it is shipped in a big box instead of letterbox package.

Good cleats
Good cleats for Shimano pedals. The colored part (red in my case) breaks off very quickly, which fortunately does not affect the engagement itself.

Very satisfied with the product.

Good option for beginners
The cleats are very simple to install once you know how to adjust them. Furthermore, the click system is also solid and easy to use. Wear does go pretty hard if you have to click in and out a lot.

Great product
Works fine in use. Does wear out quickly, but that is with almost all cleats

Tip: change halfway through!
To double the lifespan; switch to another shoe halfway through. Because you click off with your preferred leg much more often, that plate on one side wears out faster. By switching, I do about 8000-9000 km with a set.

Good plates, wear out quickly
Just the standard cleats from shimano. Always good. do wear out quickly, but that will have to do with retaining your pedals.

Solid stuff
Fitted my first click shoes with these plates. A little play on the pedals is wonderful. Especially for beginning cyclists. Slack is also the disadvantage when climbing hard, a bit of swabbing when you put a lot of power on while standing. Lasts well, little wear, had expected more.

Doet wat het moet doen. Redelijk aan de prijs voor het is. wat
Twee jaar mee gereden. Weer dezelfde gekocht omdat ze goed bevallen. Nu wel volledig op.

The blocks work just fine, but wear out quickly when you have to walk on them.

Solid product, does what it needs to do, easy assembly
Good spd-sl pedals for under sidi ergo3 shoe in combi with Shimano dura-ace pedal set. Deliberately opted for a bit more freedom of movement considering recreational rider, but still want to be firm on the pedals.

Just right
Commonly used, so easy to jump on your buddies' bikes without a pedal change.

Good product at very good price
I have been riding with the yellow SPD-SL plates for a while now. Are very comfortable, which I find pleasant, especially for longer rides. I also found them at mantle at the best price, and delivered quickly. As a last minute decision maker, that is definitely a big advantage.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Plates are good but not very hard wearing
Fairly pricey for a simple tool but even though the yellow parts wear out fairly quickly, the plates still last quite a long time

Stay firmly in the pedal, just enough slack to react during a normally turbulent junior race.

Top SPD
After riding Speedplay pedals for several years I switched to Shimano. Adjustment takes some getting used to (listens more closely than the Speedplay) but once properly placed it is top notch. I prefer using the red plates over the yellow ones (too much play), easy to get on and off.
Pros & Cons

The standard
Just right, slack makes adjustment easier which means less risk of complaints.

Good Shimano SPD sl clicks
Great product. You still have quite a lot of slack to move your feet.

Good cleats
Good cleats with decent rubberised grip pads. However, like all plastic cleats they are way over priced.

Good performance average wear
Clip in and out very nicely when new, but wear quite quickly if walked on for any distance
