Reviews over the
Shimano XT BB-MT800
4 / 5
Good fitting product with optional ring.
Meets expectations, fits my orbea oiz.
Pros & Cons

Well-market priced set of bracket bearings
This Shimano BB-MT800 Pressfit is easy to de- and mount and fits basically anytime. This Shimano product is attractively priced, so I see no reason to buy the more expensive version with accurate bearings (Deore XT/XTR). After all, these versions have the same plastic housing.

Easy mounting, standard bracket
This Shimano BB is the standard bracket for a small price. After tapping out the old bracket (worn by rust), the new bracket can be pressed in one-fold with a piece of threaded rod and 2 large rings. Fits like a glove!
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Easy to assemble.
Dismantling the old one was a bit disappointing, it was so stuck in the bracket. A minus point is that the BB is made of plastic, but this was also the case with the BB that came out and it sat there for four years with frequent use in all weathers, so it's not really a minus point.
