Schwalbe Tyre Levers

I think these are great tyre levers: wide enough that you can apply a lot of force with it and it doesn't bend. Plus, you can easily get the tip between the rim and the tyre to pop it out. The clips are ideal for putting on a tight tyre: you clip them between the rim and the tyre so it stays in place on one or both sides so the tyre doesn't fall back when you try to roll it over the edge. You can also move them up a cm each time so that it becomes easier and easier to get the tyre over the rim.

Holes in the tyre levers are valve spanners, useful when unscrewing the pump to loosen the valve core with it.

I have now used them to change several sets of tyres, including the more difficult ones, and I really like them. Sturdy plastic, light and also so they don't damage your wheels, are nice to hold. It would be nice if they came in handy packaging so you can easily take them with you, but a rubber band will do.

My previous tyre levers warped when replacing a stiff tyre. These tyre levers feel much firmer than any other tyre levers I have ever used. Highly recommended!

Because the tyre levers are wider, you can apply a bit more force. Used when fitting TLR tyres. What I previously failed to do with standard levers now went relatively easily with 2 schwalbe levers and 1 narrower lighter.

Unlike many other tyre levers, these have the perfect lever. Due to the material, they do not scratch the rim. They are unbreakable and easy to transport.

This 2018 version is a good lightweight tool kit for travelling. Personally, I find the tyre levers unnecessary, so I replaced them with a socket wrench that fits the nuts for my bike (Santos) Note: there is also a newer, almost identical set, with one less torx bit. And let this be exactly the size you need for the shifting part of your rohlof hub....

You can get even the toughest tyres on and off effortlessly with these tyre levers. they are super sturdy and can handle a lot of force. Because they are so wide, getting a new tyre on is a piece of cake.

The right tyre levers, had narrower ones before and they are fine if you have plenty of time but with these Broad ones, taking the tyre off or putting it on is a bit easier.

Super fine and strong tyre levers. This is already my third set. One set is in the saddle bag of my road bike, another set on my cyclocrosser and one set in the car for when needed in races.

Due to the super smooth plastic, the lighter easily flops under the tyre's bead. I couldn't hook the lighter behind a spoke but you can just hold the first lighter while applying the second, The third lighter is actually never needed. You push against one of the two tyre lighters and the tyre slides off the rim.

Had bought new tires which are horribly hard to mount (continental ultra sport). Broke several bandenlichters from two other brands while trying to mount them. These ones got the job done without a problem. Would buy again, good to have.

Sturdy plastic and wide tyre lever, this makes loosening the outer tyre a lot easier than using those thin ones.

Since my cheap plastic tyre levers broke off and had no grip on the tyre, I bought these . They take the tyre well without slipping off and are also quite sturdy. I also find it handy that you can put these on the rim to hold the tyre back, I really needed this when fitting my ContiGP5000 tubeless. And it also works perfectly and doesn't shift.

Used once and they work fine, quite sturdy and no damage to your rims. Only drawback I can find that they are not snap-on so you have to put a rubber band around them.

The great thing about this tyre lever is that, apart from being able to lift your tyre of course, you can tighten the tyre when mounting. With a stiff tyre, I sometimes find the last bit tricky. Then I am working on one side and the tyre comes off on the other side. With this one, you can fix the tyre and work nicely on one side.

Clever design here by Schwalbe, the little features really do come in handy. I bought these to use on the road bike instead of the park tool ones I already have for the Mtb. These have a thinner lever which really helps to get underneath stubborn clinchers and tubeless Road tyres.
