If 80% is just asphalt better use this kind of wheel

I had put a real gravel handlebar on the gravel with a big flair and at the bottom it was 60cm wide also couldn't ride in the drops at all and felt very slow. Now bought a 40cm and it rides very smooth and fast
Pros & Cons
Bit of flair is more Race and Aero but very nice
Short drop change hand positions are small
Alu is stiffer than Carbon
Saddle also had to be adjusted slightly
Shorter seat, usually need different stem
