Perfect for under the bike helmet. With a head circumference of 55 cm I chose size M, while the recommendation was size S. Because I wear glasses, I doubted that the hat would fit over my ears in size S. No problem now.

Unlike many other helmet hats, this one stays well over the ears. Helmet hat is warm but definitely not too warm up to 15 degrees. Wind protection is fine, and only the front has this insulation. I also wear it during recovery rides when my pace is slow and the temperature is above 10 degrees (but below 15 degrees, because then it's too warm).

Want a thin yet warm cap / hat that fits under your helmet, this GripGrab cap fits like a glove and keeps your head comfortably warm. Thanks to the longer sides, it also keeps your ears covered.

The hat feels warm enough between 0 and 5degrees and does not create overheating while cycling. Due to the tight fit, when using (wireless) earphones the covering of the ears is just too short, allowing some wind to get in and I always tend to want to pull them deeper. Without the earphones, the fit is fine. It also covers a bit of the neck at the back which is very pleasant.

Worn once so far, but like it very much. Ordered size M, fits well and stays put while cycling. Keeps head nice and warm and doesn't get clammy or damp from sweat keeping it warm. Really a must-have for colder days.

IK am someone with easily cold ears and then I don't feel like cycling anymore. With this sparrow which goes over my ears, I protect my ears and forehead very well. Of course my helmet still over it.

Good fit and keeps the wind off your forehead well. The rest of the 'hat' is not too warm so you don't overheat easily. For me, with the cold, this is more than enough as I warm up quickly. As long as you don't have the wind on your forehead.
