Basil Urban Load

I’ve owned many other Basil panniers over the years (my fave brand) so I thought they would be good quality and I know how to install them. However with these panniers the back corner bounces into my spokes when cycling, bringing me to a sudden stop. This has now caused injuries and put me in dangerous situations! I have now stopped using these panniers after less than a week. The panniers have now bent my mudguard. The panniers also knock on my heels when cycling so cannot be moved forwards to prevent the connection with my wheel. Tried to get a refund but told I couldn't do this as they were now used. So have wasted my money and still need new panniers.
