An optical heart rate monitor is generally a little less accurate during intensive interval training than a heart rate monitor.
It is not possible to pair ANT+ or Bluetooth sensors, such as a speed or cadence sensors from your bike.
If you have a large wrist circumference, the Forerunner 45S may be too small. In that case, go for the Forerunner 45.
You cannot play music directly from this watch like with some other models.
Does not have a touchscreen.
The watch does not have built-in storage for music sources, so you will need your smartphone to play music.
