According to the product specialist

Pros
This rear derailleur shifts quickly and smoothly. This is partly due to its electronic control.
The SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS rear derailleur also works with X01 and GX eagle AXS groupsets.
This rear derailleur also works with Sram AXS 12 speed road bike shifters on gravel bikes.
Thanks to the use of carbon, the weight is relatively low.
Thanks to SRAM Impact Protection, you have a lower chance of damage in a crash or fall.
This derailleur is strong and therefore suitable for trail and enduro.
It shifts well even in the most challenging circumstances.
It has an overload clutch which protects the derailleur in the event of a fall.
This derailleur can be used with SRAM Red & Force AXS race shifters.
With a cassette of up to 52 teeth you can challenge the steepest climbs.
The clutch makes sure the chain will stay on the cassette in good order.
In this derailleur you will find the same technology as in high-end derailleurs.
You can now fit a cassette with up to 52 teeth. Handy when cycling uphill!
Because of the Roller Bearing clutch, the derailleur will not flap even in rough conditions.
This derailleur is relatively light.
Cons
A battery is not included. You should therefore order it separately.
It is heavier than the Sram XX1 Eagle AXS rear derailleur.
Note: delivered without battery.
This derailleur is heavier than a SRAM XX1 or X01 rear derailleur.
Due to the use of light materials, this derailleur is less suitable for rough Enduro use.
