The super stiff carbon midsole allows for instant transfer of power to the pedals so that your energy is efficiently converted into speed.
Use the two BOA dials to adjust the fit with high precision, even while cycling, to prevent pinching.
The rugged rubber on the outsole gives you reliable grip when you need to walk a bit on slippery forest ground.
After a muddy ride, the smooth material on the shoe's upper is quick and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
The heel cup with anti-twist stabilisation ensures excellent pedal stroke efficiency at high cadences and high-intensity accelerations.
The shoe's dual BOA Li2 closure allows for micro-adjustments at any time, even on the final stretch of a gruelling marathon.
With its titanium cage, the Shimano XTR M9200 pedal is very lightweight and neatly finished.
The pedals are available with a narrower Q-factor.

In very low temperatures, the shoes may feel a bit chilly due to their good ventilation but this can easily be solved with a good pair of overshoes.
