With a liner you create a completely closed cable system, where sand, mud and dirt do not easily get in.
This liner is lubricated with PTFE, which gives you unparalleled smoothness when changing gears and braking.
Changing gears is greatly improved when cycling with external cables, because difficult bends in the cable run are taken better.
Thanks to a liner, replacing internally routed cables becomes much easier.
