The Front-Roller City is an universal pannier made out of waterproof PVC coated polyester with roll closure and is suitable for the front and rear carrier. The Quick-Lock 1 system is suitable for carriers with a tube diameter of max. 16 mm. The bag is also equipped with large reflectors. The Front-Roller City (pair) has a total volume of 25 liters.

Great build quality but not suited to all racks

I already have the City rear panniers and I bought the matching front panniers for extra luggage capacity. They are well made and make a good messenger-style bag with the shoulder strap(not included). The pack includes two sizes of inserts for use with different rack bar diameters. I have Blackburn Lowrider front racks fitted but neither insert provides a snug fit and the panniers rattle in-situ, which is surprising considering the Lowrider is in such common usage. I fashioned a fix for this using duct tape on the rack bars to increase their diameter.
