The Effetto Mariposa Shelter Wheel Kit is designed to reduce noise coming from the wheels. You stick the stickers around the valve, which removes vibrations and unwanted movements from the valve. This is especially the case with higher carbon rims, but also for aluminium wheels it can eliminate a lot of irritation by vibrations while cycling. The stickers do not discolour and leave no residue after removal.
